This mountain property is close to skiing, fishing, golfing and dining out, all within minutes of your door. Aspen and Snowmass are just 35 miles away. Our home is a 2000 square foot, two story house on the 16th fairway of Ironbridge Golf Course. Ironbridge is a private course with four holes nestled on the top of the mountain with amazing views.
The living room, dining room kitchen and office are all located on the main floor with lots of windows that allow for plenty of light. The kitchen has a bar counter with seating for two and is stocked with all the cooking amenities a chef could ask for. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 50-inch high def TV. The dining room table can accommodate 4 to 8 people.
The bedrooms are located upstairs. The master has a king bed with a large master bath and a walk in closet. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed and an adjoining full bath with double vanity.
The office has a full size leather sofa sleeper euro bed as well as a full bath. The office has a 32” TV with DVD, high-speed internet, fax and copier.
This house also has a built in water softener with filtered drinking water.
This is a "No Smoking, No Pets, No Shoes" house.
