Topnotch location! Located just a few blocks from downtown Breckenridge, the Tyra Condominiums have a prime and scenic location, right on the 4 O’clock run and across from the Snowflake lift, making it a rare ski-in and ski-out property. So close you can really ski home for lunch and never miss a beat! This makes skiing so much more fun and relaxing because everyone in your group will be able to take a break from skiing whenever they like, and as often as they like.
Summertime is very special here as well. A musical mountain stream flows right past the deck, adding to the tranquility of this condo and its surroundings. Relax on the deck, take a scenic bike ride, splash in the stream, hop aboard the shuttle to the Riverwalk to enjoy the many festivals and art shows, or just go out to shop or eat. It’s all right here!
The views are wonderful year round and the free shuttle bus, which picks up across the street from the Tyra Condominiums, makes this condo not only the perfect place to stay but extremely convenient as well. With 1334 sq ft of well laid out space this 2-bedroom with loft, 3-bath condo also has a deck (streamside with mountain views), gas fireplace, airy cathedral ceilings, a private washer and dryer in the unit, free Internet access (WiFi), 4 TVs, DVD player, stereo system and a VCR. Plus this is an end unit with extra windows.
The scenic mountain views from the living room windows are fantastic, winter or summer! The great room style main living area includes a seating area with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, occasional tables, TV, cozy gas fireplace and a dining area with a table for 6. More seating for dining is available at the adjacent breakfast bar. The open kitchen is well equipped, and has ample counter space and cabinetry. Full size appliances, dishes, stemware, silverware, pots and pans, bakeware, and small appliances such as a coffee maker, toaster and a blender are also included.
The main level master bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a private bath. The second main level bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a TV, and the full bath just across the hall is shared with anyone using the sleeper sofa. This room also has an extra twin bed with a twin, pullout trundle bed below. The loft bedroom has twin beds, which can be moved together, a TV, and a private bath as well. All sheets, and towels are included.
This condominium complex has many amenities, including a two level clubhouse which not only has 2 indoor hot tubs, but has a huge outdoor one as well for the more adventurous. Decks, picnic tables and gas grills are also provided.
The convenient parking, which is just steps from the door, is by permit only to assure parking for our guests’ vehicles, and the permits will be issued with the Welcome Letter. Handicap friendly, there are no stairs or steps, none at all, between the condo and the parking lot, and all of this condo, but for the one loft bedroom with its private bath, is located on the ground floor.
