My husband and I traveled with our two toddlers all around the Yukatan and this condo was the last leg of our trip. We stayed 5 days which turned out to be the highlight of an already wonderful adventure. We are not the touristy types, so we avoided the typical Cozumel cruise-ship attractions and just stayed at this WONDERFUL condo RIGHT on the water. It is the best unit in the small complex, has a great divided pool with one side perfect for our 2 year old to tromp around in with her floaties. The beach and turquoise water are visible right out the main windows which make hanging inside and outside both super mellow and beautiful. The property is very well maintained and the landscaping is lush and tropical. Inside the unit the decor is very warm and Mexican - bright walls and fun ceramics and beautiful wood carved furniture and cabinets. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including some yummy hot sauces, not to mention a good supply of shot glasses! It was great having laundry machines and a pack-n-play. Super cool to have hammock hangers in each room and the front patio. The location of the condo is also fantastic - out of the tourist zone yet close enough to run to the market. The only thing we would see improved is nicer pots & pans in the kitchen - they were worn. However, we really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back again!

Thank you Kenn and Karen for sharing your piece of paradise with us! Everything was top notch from the staff to the tasteful and elegant condo furnishings, (complete with everything we could possibly need!), to the amazingly clean and beautiful grounds, to the sparkling clean pool right outside our door to the wonderful beach just beyond that....with snorkeling that allowed us to see everything from sting rays to lobsters to a colorful potporri of fish! The sea turtle nesting on the "the other side" was also an experience my son will always treasure! Mahalo, Allison and Family

We just came home from a very special in Cozumel at Kenn's condo. It was prefect in every way and Kenn was extreme helpful, beforehand to prepare us for making the most of the week. The location on the island is perfect. 5 mi from town, but right next to an amazing Chanknaab State Park, with all kinds of amenities for families, including swimming with dolpins. There is a helpful handbook in the condo for shopping and restaurants, but we especially enjoyed Casa Mission Restaurant. It is a MUST. Scuba diving was the best our sons have ever done. I would definitely recommend this spot, and hope we can return again very soon. Thank you Kenn.

Lots of very useful informnation provided. Condo decorated and furnished to a very high standard, with free phone, Sat TV and Internet. Pool right outside the door, and the beach just steps away. Only a few minutes from downtown and close proximity to other beaches, great snorkeling and all the necessities for a terrific beach vacation. Maid service (Gina) was excellent, grounds and pool very well kept. Highly recommended for couples and families alike. We'll certainly be going back! We just returned from this wonderful condo. We could not have asked for ANYTHING better. This was our honeymoon, we already left our deposit to come back with our kids next December. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE else! Really, this is gorgeous, everyone on staff is so cordial, kind and polite. Thank you for offering such an cool place! Can't wait to come back...

What a wonderful week we had this mid-July Cozumel is wonderful and this Condo does more then enhance the visit. My Boyfriend, his 15 year old son, my 9 year old Nephew and myself stayed and had a great time. The Condo is great, more then enough room for the active 4 of us. We loved having snorkel access form the beach, had quite a few laughs at the expense of the cruise ship passengers who tried kayaking from the beach at UVA’s and ended everyday in the pool (probably our favorite part). The assortment of DVD’s also came in handy when trying to wind the kids down before bed (and the Adults). We would definitely stay here again on a return visit and would recommend this lovely and thoughtful condo to families or couples.

We just spent a week at Kenn and Karen's condo and had a fantastic time. The condo is absolutely beautiful! They have provided any amenity you could possibly want and everything has been done to the highest quality. The bath towels are better than what we have at home! There is plenty of closet and drawer space in the roomy bedrooms and the amenities such as the internet access, US phone, and Dish network let you keep in touch back home - that is, if you want to! The ocean is only as far as a walk across the beach. The sunsets can't be beat! If you want to see photos that we took, you can google 'jim4817 Cozumel 2009' which should direct you to Webshots. (We went a little nuts with all the sunsets!) You'll see the condo, the beach, and a couple of the beaches in the area that we went to, along with some dive pics. The property owner, Ash, went out of his way to bring us some items on our first night there. The housekeeper, Alicia, was extremely friendly and left us flowers on the beds along with towels folded into hearts, animals, etc. These are the kind of things you only get at the highest quality hotels! Kenn and Karen treat their guests like family and were available for any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again, even again this year if we can manage it. Karen and Kenn, thank you for a wonderful time!

Hi Kenn and Karen, we are back in Canada and had a fabulous time at your condo. It was so beautiful - I think you have the best one out of all the other ones. It was great with the kids since I could watch them from the kitchen window in the pool or from the family room on the beach (not that I was in the kitchen a whole lot:). The weather was great as usual and we had just a great time all around. I miss the sun!!! Met some great locals. Our favorite place to hangout was at Bob Marely's ( I loved the big surf there) and at either Chankunaab or just your place. We rented a jeep for the whole time so had lots of freedom to go wherever. I just returned from a week at Kenn and Karen's condo and it was wonderful! This place has everything we could have wanted, and we would love to return. The condo is just a few steps away from the ocean, we enjoyed listening to the waves as we slept at night. The kitchen is newly updated and the beds were cozy. We loved that we were able to walk down and snorkel right off the beach. Ash, the property manager, was very helpful, too. He answered returned our phone calls very quickly.

We stayed In at the condo from 12-19 to 12-26-08 and truely enjoyed it. All the main windows look right off into the ocean, the pool and beach is just steps from the door. we felt very safe and the location is far enough from town to make it nice and quiet but close enough to go in for dinner. Enjoyed the sunsets and snorkeling off the beach.

We stayed at Karen and Kenn's on our Honeymoon and we couldnt have asked for more. It was the perfect mixture of fun and relaxation a vacation should be. We really enjoyed snorkeling right off our own private beach! Each night we went to a different local restaurant that was recommended by the condo manager and they were all amazing!! We look forward to returning.

Absolutely wonderful stay--highly recommended. The condo is a 30 second walk to the ocean. The condo is very nicely decorated, with lots of little touches that makes you feel welcomed. The local contact was very helpful, and the maids did wonderful little things like put flowers in the bathroom. Having wifi access and free long distance to the states helped us quite a bit. The owners called to make sure everything was ok, and in general really took time to make sure that we had everything we needed. The place was clean and comforting, and the area was quiet--but just minutes from town. We're already planning to go back!

Our vacation at this condo was magnificent. We had all the amenities of home right on the beach. We felt very comfortable and safe. My family loved snorkeling right off our beach which was private and clean. We booked again for next year and I've recommended it to several of my friends.
