  We had a wonderful time staying at Louise's cottage for a wedding in August. The cottage was nicely furnished, clean, and comfortable for 3 couples (one couple was on the sofa bed). The kitchen was stocked with the needed dishes and utensils, and there were plenty of fresh towels for the group. The location is just a block over from State Street and a few blocks from the start of the shopping area. There was plenty of street parking right outside the house too. This is a great alternative to the high priced hotels in the area. We would gladly recommend the cottage to friends and family, and stay again next time we are visiting!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  We just had a great 4 day stay at this perfectly-located cottage just off the busy and entertaining State Street shopping area. Just as advertised, a quick walk over to State Street and down a few blocks gets you on to the 25 cent trolley to the restaurants, stores and waterfront. The cottage is cozy and well-equipped, and the two bikes are a bonus in such a bikeable city. The beach towels were also handy. The owner's instructions were perfect, and there is also a lot of Santa Barbara information in the cottage. We will stay here again and recommend to our friends as well.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  This cottage is charming and comfortable. The owner was attentive and great to work with. I will recommend this cottage to all of my friends. Pet friendly, clean and fabulous location! Could not have asked for a better spot! The beds are also very comfortable! Enjoy! Cheers!

  Just a quick note to say thank you. Your cottage is absolutely lovely, we both felt completely at home while there. It was quite a respite indeed after sitting in a hotel meeting room all day. We stayed home every night but one and cooked on the BBQ. It was just what we needed after working hard all day. Also, your neighbor and his dog Butch are as kind as can be. They greeted us upon arrival and offered to help us in any way - very nice. My parents will be visiting from Tennessee some time this winter and they love SB, so perhaps I will know their plans in time to plan a stay in your cottage. I imagine it fills up pretty quickly during that time...

  We are back from Santa Barbara. Had a great time. It worked out great - we borrowed the bikes and went on a ride to the Mission. Fun!
