The first of three elegant southwestern style Casas, sleeping up to 10-each in 3-bedrooms & 4-bathrooms, all with double garages for off-street parking.
These homes are an easy level 5-block stroll to the world-famous Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk with is large sandy surfing beach and wharf with lots of restaurants and unique shops.
Only a 3-minute walk to the Santa Cruz Downtown Pacific Garden Mall with its several theaters, unique shops, nightclubs, dancing & live entertainment clubs, and of course, lots of great restaurants. On the way to the Boardwalk you will pass the brand-new large Skateboard Park on the River. The San Lorenzo River also has a nice walk along it for another fun & free activity.
The 1st or Ground floor has a double-car garage on the same level as a gourmet kitchen with granite counters and a comfortable Dining area that seats up to 12. There is also a half bath on this level.
The 2nd floor has 2-bedrooms with either 2-Extra long Twin beds or they can be combined to be full Kings. Each bedroom has its own full bath.
The 3rd floor has 1 more Bedroom with either 2-Extra long Twin beds or they can be combined to be full Kings & full Bath and the Living Room. The Living Room has 1-Queen Sofa pullout.
On this top floor there are two decks.

Good Location, Very Roomy Home

Our group of 6 (4 adults, 2 teens) stayed at this home for one week at the end of July, 2011. It was very comfortable and the bedrooms are spacious and well separated. This house accommodates a lot of people with plenty of room, beds, and bathrooms for all. One drawback is that the living room (or 4th bedroom) is small and is on the third floor and the kitchen is on the first floor, so there is no large gathering room, but the kitchen table worked for our group's social needs. Also, the house is located on a busy corner, so you can hear traffic noise. It is well located; we walked to downtown shops and restaurants several times, as well as the Boardwalk. The owner was responsive to a few maintenance issues that occurred during our stay, and he promptly refunded our security deposit upon our return home. I would stay here again, and would recommend this property.

Amazing place, amazing location, extremely accommodating hosts. We scheduled extremely last minute and they were able to house a group 10 ten for one night. Location is prime for shopping and walking around. Price is great, i would've easily paid more for a similar house. Hope to be back soon and have another great vacation!!

This is a great vacation rental! We were able to rent this out for a weekend which is no small feat for Santa Cruz during peak season. There is so much space to spread out. Plenty of room and more importantly plenty of bathrooms to accommodated our party of 6 women. There was no crawling all over each other trying to get ready. Plenty of towels, sheets and a chef's kitchen. It was also incredibly clean! You cannot beat the location. We walked practically to every place we wanted to go and everything is close by. Looking forward to staying here again on our next vacation....this time for a week!

Staying in a brand new vacation home is always nice - especially one with a full kitchen and three full baths. Aside from a few trip-ups with the wireless internet (it was so new it wasn't quite set up yet), everything was just perfect. Not only were the accommodations pleasant, but the location was amazing. Only a few blocks and you can right in the midst of downtown Santa Cruz for food and shopping. A few more blocks and you'll reach the Boardwalk. We will definitely consider staying at one of these Casas when we return!

We had a great vacation here - townhome was very clean, nicely decorated and well supplied. We were able to walk to town, the beach and restaurants. There were 10 adults and 1 child in out group and we had plenty of room.
