We enjoyed our stay here at Windsor Hills. The condo was perfect. Nicely cleaned, spacious and the teenagers loved the pool and clubhouse. Very secured also which was nice. Me and my husband enjoyed the patio and evening walks. The hot tub was a plus too!! Very easy to get to the parks and lot's to do around the condo shopping and eating out. Everything was close. The only thing we had a problem with was the remote controller didn't work with the tv I guess it wasn't programmed correctly in the living room. We didn't call about it we just turned the channels using the tv. We didn't use the tv much anyways. We actually wished we had more time to spend at the condo and pool area but with going to the parks we didn't spend much time at the condo. Would stay here again if we vacation in Orlando again :)

OUr stay at the condo was wonderful. It was centrally located to every place we had to go. The grounds were well kept and very pretty. The condo itself was very clean and really nice. My kids absolutely loved the pool and all the extras located at the pool! Everyone was very helpful and kind with any questions we had.

I rented this condo for a week on May, 2011. The owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any of my questions. Paypal was easy to use for the payment method. The condo is large, clean and and well supplied. It now has wireless Internet access. (Installed while I was staying there.) A washer and dryer are included in the unit which came in handy for washing and drying the towels. It's a first floor corner unit in a quiet cul-de-sac that backs up to the single family home rentals. It's in a gated community just off the main highway in Kissimmee and close to Interstate 4, the main highway to Disney, Sea World and Universal Studios. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The club house pool is very clean and well maintained as is the fitness room and game area. I would definitely stay here again.

Our family of four (two children 4 years and 1 year) had a wonderful stay at this condo. I can not say enough wonderful things about it. It felt like home. It was clean, well kept, plenty of towels etc. The amenities were fabulous. Our kids absolutely loved the pool. There were always people there but never felt crowded and there was always a chair to put our stuff on. The staff at the little store were very nice. We slept well the entire time we were there. Our daughter cried when we had to leave "the condo" and is still asking when we get to go back. We will absolutely rent again if available. The check in process was seamless. The owner was fabulous to deal with. Overall this was my favorite trip ever and I think a lot of it had to do with the comforts of the condo. Next time we will take advantage of the kitchen more for sure. Also loved the security of the development. Took many walks around the complex which was very nice.

Ground floor, corner location was easily accessible from the parking and lots of privacy. Unit was very roomy and the fully equipped kitchen helped us save, we think, about a $1000 during this trip (12 nights) - especially the Slow Cooker was a tremendous help! Kristen, the owner was very helpful and responsive to all our inquiries before and during our stay. She was very accommodating to our needs. Lots of towels, linens, and they even had drawer full of PS2 games (although we had no time to play)! I especially appreciated the many light sources - ceiling fixtures, night stands/lamps in every room! The full size washer/dryer was a huge help! We brought very minimum change of clothes and utilized the laundry facility - that meant more room in our suitcases for souveniors and shopping! The Windsor HIlls property itself was a high notch property with secured entry with 24-hour security guards. We experienced minor problem during our stay, but the property management company Kristen uses, the Magical Memories were very prompt and responsive to our needs. Windsor Hills is minutes away from the main thoroughfare of US192 where supermarkets and restaurants can be found. Just west of Old Lake Wilson Road, just 5 minutes away, we found Super Target, Publix, and Walgreens! So close to everything but just enough away from the main thoroughfare to be quiet and peaceful...Two other families traveling with us stayed in the building next to us @ the Windsor Hills and paid almost double what we paid using one of the major Property Management company! We felt we were lucky to have found Kristen's property and to have found a new friend in Kristen. Definitely will stay here again! Thank you, Kristen!

We spent a week in this condo while visiting Disney. The unit has a very nice layout and was very clean. The location of the resort is perfect for a Disney vacation. We spent about $25 for gas the entire week. Would reccommend.

We just returned from a 1 week stay and were very pleased with the Windsor Hills development and this condo. The location of this unit is ideal - its ground level made unpacking groceries and luggage easy, and in my opinion felt less confining than being located in an upper level unit. A couple other buildings in the development looked like they might have more parking lot or neighbor noise, but this end unit / corner location was extremely quiet. Overall the unit was in very nice condition (a few very minor nitpicks), very well equipped (4 televisions, completely equipped kitchen, full size washer / dryer, toys and books for the kids), and nicely decorated. Check-in occurs through a property management office located 10 - 15 minutes from the condo, but very easily located - we didn't find this to be a bother at all. Also, payment through PayPal, and having the property management office available 24 hours made this even easier than other VRBO / Cybberrental rentals we've done in the past. Finally, the location of Windsor Hills is ideal - closer to Disney than many "on site" properties - yet off the busy strip mall drag of most other off site properties. And, of course, the price - a fraction of what one would pay at Disney for much less appealing accommodations.. Very highly recommended.

This condo is in an absolute perfect location for a trip to Disney World. The pool on the complex is great for all ages and this condo is close to the clubhouse and the pool. It was so wonderful to travel with a toddler and not have to worry about anything other than her food. All baby supplies were included in the rental. The condo was immaculate. My husband was skeptical about my trip plans but now wants me to plan our next trip to Orlando and now will only stay in Windsor Hills. My cousins who travelled from Rome, Italy were so impressed with the condo and cannot wait until their next trip to Orlando. I would recommend this property without a doubt.

We would, and already have, recommended this rental property. This was our first trip to Disney and this rental property was fabulous! Clean, neat, comfortable, close to everything. We rented this unit with another family. The unit had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 kids. The furnishings were nice, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, plans, utensils, etc. It was very convenient for cooking meals. Even had a washer/dryer and a few toys/games for the kids. The owner of this property has thought of everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Very reasonable rates with easy payment options. The property is within a gated community so we felt very safe. Pool and playground close by as well. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

This condo was just what we were hoping for. My husband and I along with our two young daughters shared the condo with another couple and their young son. The living room and lanai were perfect areas for the little ones to play and the split floor plan gave us enough privacy to sleep. We saved a lot of money by cooking our meals in the programmable crock pot at the condo instead of buying food at Disney and the pool and playground were both within walking distance from the unit. On top of all this, the fact that it is in a gated guarded community was very assuring.

Our family of five was extremely pleased with the size, amenities, and cleanliness of this very well equipped and well maintained condominium at Windsor Hills. The description of this modern property matched perfectly what we found upon arrival. Our three children especially enjoyed the beautiful and spacious swimming pool and hot tub area. For us, the location was excellent for visiting the Disney parks and for shopping. It felt great to come back to this comfortable and quiet place after a busy day of sightseeing. We found the owner, management company employees, and the Windsor Hills staff all to be very professional, courteous, and helpful. In conclusion, we would not hesitate to recommend this condominium to anyone traveling in the Orlando area. We look forward to visiting it again some day!

We stayed at this condo because I was in Florida on business. My husband and 5 children found so much to do during the day while I was in meetings without ever leaving the complex! The pool and slide were great, and they loved the tennis courts, ping pong, game room, movie theater - it was fabulous! The condo itself was clean, well equipped, and very well maintained and came with a great starter set of toiletries, paper towels, etc. , that we had not expected. We would definitely stay here again - I would highly recommend it for a big family or group! Thanks for making a business trip work well for an entire family!

We just returned from our vacation at your condo and we had a GREAT time. We have stayed in the park before but with two kids we decided to try a condo this time and Windsor Hills gets rave reviews. Your condo was beautiful and we loved having all the space. We will never stay in a hotel again! It really was just as advertised and the first floor location was perfect. The kids could go back and forth to the pool easily and we didn`t have to deal with the stairs or elevator. Again, thank you so much and as soon as we decide our dates we will be booking again for our trip next year!

Our family had a great stay at your condo. Windsor Hills was a very close drive to Disney and on the days we did not go to the parks the grandkids had a great time at the pool and playgrounds. Your condo is absolutely beautiful and all the attention to detail really made it feel more like a home. We had everything we needed for cooking and the washer and dryer came in very handy. We really loved having all the space and of course the kids loved the TV`s in every room! Booking was very easy and we are already making plans to come back with friends in the fall. Thank you!

This unit is very nice and very clean. It is so close to all of the attractions and the price can't be beat. I'd much rather stay here with seperate bedrooms for my family and no crowds than in a one bedroom hotel room for $300 plus a night! The grounds, unit, and pool/gym area offer way more than the attraction hotels and are just as nice.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Disney-- we'll never stay in a hotel again! Even though we live locally, we enjoy staying down by Disney and visiting the parks. This condo is perfect--it is so nice to have a separate room for everybody. Multiple TV's and two bathrooms mean less stress for everyone! The resort itself is really beautiful and extremely well-maintained, and the condo itself is really, really nice. It has a great location close to the pool, but not so close that you get all the pool noise. Perfect!

This unit is very nice. There is a ton of space and everything is very, very clean. It is so close to shopping areas and the Disney parks. We have stayed at many Disney hotels and got to the condo just a quickly as we could get to the hotels. Also, the pool and clubhouse area is loaded with things to do and is extremely clean. The slide and water play area are great for kids. I would definately recommend this unit to anyone and will stay there again.
