If you are looking for a high-rise condo environment with 400 units (average of 6 renters per unit equating to you sharing the pool and beach with 2,400 strangers), then this is NOT the Condo for you. If you want a quiet, family oriented, gulf front complex with spacious beach and a great pool, then this is the place for you.


Romar Beach Condominiums, located in Orange Beach, AL, is a beautiful small 48 Unit Complex with three floors, serviced by an elevator. Our unit is located on the third floor and has beautiful cathedral ceilings with one wall covered entirely with mirrors.

Our condo was recently completely redecorated with a new fully equipped kitchen, new appliances,

washer and dryer, stone counter tops, tile floors, pantry, with plenty of cabinet space and great art work throughout.

Our Unit has the feel of the "Beach", but the warmth of "Home".

The new exterior of the complex is well appointed. An elevator, luggage carts and covered
parking facilitate easy check-in. An outdoor pool, barbecue grills, picnic tables, lounge chairs and sun deck by the pool overlook the water and dunes.

A boardwalk provides easy access to the Gulf, and poolside bathrooms are convenient for both children and adults. Walk from the beach next door and get a cool summer drink at Hilton Gardens poolside bar.

Romar Beach is about 3.5 miles east of the Highway 59 and 182 junction in Gulf Shores on Perido Beach Blvd. (Highway 182)... 23060 Perdido Beach Blvd, Orange Beach, AL, 36561

The Condominium is just minutes away from amusement parks, restaurants, golf, charter boats, fishing, sailing, parasailing, shopping, movies, tennis, night clubs and more......but just steps away from our beautiful white sandy beach.

Walk out the door and down the elevator and you are just a few steps to the Beach....No crossing the busy street to get to the beautiful white sandy beaches and the waves of the Gulf of Mexico.
