  Many thanks to you for allowing us to use your beautiful condo in Palm Springs. We loved it and we wish our stay could have been much longer. The property is so well maintained and furnished with everything you need. We could have not asked for more.   One word description...fabulous! Great house, great location, and great owners. Stayed one month and have already booked for next year. Carolyn is a true professional who is prompt in answering questions, and everything is as described. It is within walking distance to downtown, restaurants, street fair, and the casino. I have recommended it to my friends and know that they will not be disappointed.

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  WOW!!! what a great Townhouse -- We had a great time in Palm Springs -- The owners thought of everything!!! Very big plenty of big rooms. Very clean and modern and walking distance to everything... We had a great time and will be back

  We stay in Palm Springs at least once a year, mostly for the annual Firefighter softball tournament in April. We usually stay at our in-laws place but this year they accidentally double-booked it leaving us without a place one week prior to when we were supposed to be there. I had a group with us so we were stressed out for everyone. I would have been happy with anything. I lucked out and got a hold of Carolyn. The place was gorgeous. Great decor, amenities, location and the pool is steps away. Perfect for families or friends or whatever. Plus Carolyn is very easy to deal with. Wonderful place to stay.

  This is a fabulous townhouse. We have stayed here two years in a row for a month each time. It is an easy walk to downtown. The kitchen is fully equipped with top of the line utensils.Very comfortable. Will definately be back. Don,t miss this one.

  We have stayed here multiple times and love it! Great location near downtown, the casino, and walking distance to a beautiful neighborhood park. Community is gated and well maintained, with a nice tennis court and multiple pools (one of which is just steps outside the back of the unit). The condo itself is very comfortable, well decorated with cool retro "Palm-Springsy" furniture, flat screen tv, and everything else you need. Finally, the owner is a joy to work with, always accomodating and helpful. You cannot go wrong staying here!!!

  The unit is in excellent condition and the owner always checks to make sure you are happy with your visit. If there are any problems they are resolved immediately. We will be back for the third time in March of 2010 which indicates that we have been very pleased with the townhouse. The location is excellent. Dave

  We stayed at this beautiful home with our family and loved it!! The location is ideal! The home is very comfortable, beautifully furnished and has all of the amenities of home. We would definitely return.

  I recently stayed in this home and absolutely loved it! I was amazed at how conveniently located it is to everything and how we could walk everywhere including restaurants, shops & casino. The furnishings are very comfortable and sophisticated, the pool, spa & tennis courts are right outside your door, and the owner is very accommodating to our special requests. This home has a great style and is very apparent that the owner furnished it with top-of-the-line furnishings. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again!

  We just loved staying in your home! We hardly had to use the car because we could walk everywhere! Everything was professionally decorated and very comfortable. We'll be back!
