Welcome to our Dream Waterfront Home on the prestigious gated development – Watersong. Located just 15 minutes from Disney and next to the newly opened Providence Golf Course
Our magnificent two-story waterfront home has 5 bedrooms all of which are en-suite. Our Home was formerly the Builder’s Model Home which has been decorated with the most sumptuous furnishing of the highest standard, as the home was completed by one of Orlando’s renowned Interior Designers. The property benefits from many internal upgrades, including tile in all living areas and bathrooms, some of which are also wallpapered, fabulous kitchen, extended deck with 30 foot pool, raised spa overlooking conservation and a lake, covered lanai with a summer kitchen which incorporates a gas BBQ grill, fridge and granite pool bar, poolside shower and poolside bath .
We have added many extras and personal touches to ensure your every need has been catered for. There is a Den leading off the loft and a study area. We have WiFi plus a computer with high speed internet access, a Play Station 2 and cable LCD TVs in all bedrooms. There is a Games Room with Air Hockey, Pool, Darts and Foosball too.
You will be impressed from the very start of your holiday as soon as you drive through the fountain flanked entrance, over the bridge to the charming manned Gatehouse. Watersong has a harmony that living close to nature brings. Water conservation areas and luscious greenery around the community creates a peaceful home environment. Our waterfront home has a delightful outlook from the decking and pool, overlooking a conservation area and a lake ensuring a great outlook, privacy and tranquility
Once you enter the security code front door you will amazed as you enter the vast Lounge and dining area, but even more so as you go through the archway to be greeted by the Great Room. The open plan kitchen and dining area has wall to wall patio doors leading out to the extended covered lanai and decking. For your outside dining pleasure there is a summer kitchen with a new granite pool bar, incorporating a gas BBQ grill and fridge, along with a dining table with 6 chairs, a patio table and 2 further chairs plus 6 Loungers. The pool is a generous 30' x 16' with a 6 foot raised spa. For your convenience there is also a poolside bathroom and poolside shower.
Once back inside, the open plan stairs take you onto the extensive landing. Here you will find the Utility cupboard with the Washer and Tumble Dryer (so you don’t have to keep taking the laundry up and down the stairs!) and an entertainment area and Den.
There are 3 Master King Bedrooms, 1 at the rear and 2 at the front of the landing and 2 twin rooms. All bedrooms are en suite. There is also a day bed in the Den for an occasional Guest
Watersong has an elaborate, spacious 6,700 square foot clubhouse encompasses a cyber café, an entertaining games arcade, a spa and fitness centre and a large inviting lounge area. Moreover, it is equipped with many outdoor activities so you can have fun in the sun including a large pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. If that’s not enough a concierge service is available for all your extra needs so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

- Air Conditioning: As this is such a large property, there are seperate air conditioning control units - one upstairs and one downstairs
- Washer: The Washer is located upstairs in our home so that you don't have to take your Laundry up and down the stairs
- Dryer: The Dryer is located upstairs in our home with the Washer, but there is another one located in the garage for your convenience if you just want to dry off pool towels
- Linens Provided: There is an excessive supply of bed linen and towels with 2 luxury pillows for each Guest, as well as all the bed shams and cushions. All the towels are excellent quality, good sizes and Pool/Beach Towels are provided too
- Garage: The Double garage has been converted into a Games Room, but there is parking for a least 4 vehicles on the drive

- Bunk Bed: Every Little Girl's Dream. This room is delightfully decorated and also has an en suite bathroom
- Convertible Bed: In addition to all 5 bedrooms there is a Den with a full size day bed. This room has access to the Jack and Jill bathroom with the Bunk Bed Room

Watersong is a prestigious gated community with many on site amenities:- Clubhouse, Fitness Centre, Cybercafe, Volleyball, childrens play area and a large heated pool and spas. Watersong Dreams has it's very own private 32 ft pool and raised spa overlooking a lake a private conservation area. There is a Games Room with Air Hockey, Pool, Foosball and Darts. Each of the 5 en suite bedrooms has it's own cable LCD TV and DVD player. There is a computer and for those of you who prefer to bring a lap top there is WiFi too.

We were so lucky to be able to purchase this luxurious home, just 15 minutes from Disney in Orlando, which became the Builders Model. Furnished and finished to the highest standard, but enabling us to put our own personal touches, Watersong Dreams really is our Paradise and the most stunning holiday rental home.
