Why the Owner Chose Islamorada
When I started vacationing in the area I stayed in many different condo's. Once I stayed at this property I knew it was the BEST and I didn't want to stay anywhere else!!! There was no comparison to the other places I had rented because of the access to boating, diving, and fishing. Once a unit became available on the top floor I bought it in 1999. I have been here ever since and am unbelievably pleased with the unit, the property and the Islamorada area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
I love to walk out my door, jump on my boat and be cruising on the ocean in minutes. I can go diving all day & then pull my boat up to local restaurants for a bite to eat. My family can spend all day on the boat since the area offers great diving and fishing. If we want to stay on land the Ocean Harbour grounds are so open and nice. There is very low density and the property is never crowded no matter what season it is. The pool, beach and docks are wonderful to hang out at and is the perfect atmosphere to be lazy or sit around enjoying time with friends or family.

I frequently travel to Florida on business and for vacationing. I purchased my condo in Islamorada in 1999 and purchased a home in Sarasota, Florida in 2006. Up until now I have used both properties for vacations and business trips. Due to my busy schedule I cannot spend as much time in Florida as I would like to. In 2008 I decided to make both properties available for others to enjoy while I am not able to enjoy them myself.
I have completely remodeled both properties so that when anyone stays they will be comfortable enough to feel like they are at home, but also feel like they are staying in a high end luxury retreat. I am sure if you stayed in our beautiful condo you would feel the same and would want to return to the Islamorada area over and over like I do.
