Our unit is a professionally managed tropical garden studio, located directly across from the beach (Kamaole Two Beach park) in the Kihei Akahi complex. Centrally located in South Kihei Maui. This very desirable, resort-zoned property has many amenities including two swimming pools, poolside BBQ, tennis courts and an activities desk. We’re located just off main road so you don’t hear road noise. Swim and snorkel with the colorful tropical fish and Hawaiian Sea Turtles or watch Humpback whales and Spinner dolphins from the shoreline.
In room amenities include air-conditioning, full kitchen with microwave, tiled floors and shower, in suite washer/dryer, telephone for local calls and cable TV. Reserved parking for one vehicle is included at no extra charge. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, entertainment, world-renowned beaches and beautiful Wailea.

Year Purchased: 2000
My parents honeymooned in Hawaii over 30 years ago every year they returned to Maui and after twenty-five years of visiting the island they decided to buy a little condo on the beach. My father the late Dwight Bannon spent a substantial part of his life savings to buy the place he lovingly referred to as 'our piece of paradise'. He started renting our unit in the off season when the family wasn't using it to help cover some of the expenses. As a result of not having a mortgage to cover you'll notice that our prices are lower. My father always believed in showing people the Aloha Spirit. It's a tradition that I continue today.
Why the Owner Chose Kihei Akahi
Eight years ago our family bought a condo in beautiful South Maui across from one of Hawaii's and the worlds best beaches. My father called it our piece of paradise. Although our property is professionally managed by AA Oceanfront it retains the feeling of a second home as we still spend about four months a year at the condo. Aside from the wonderful amenities the thing you'll love most is the location. We're located directly across from the beach (Kamaole Two Beach park) in South Kihei Maui.
