This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is ideal for families, or for one or two couples. There is a King bed in each bedroom, and the sofa in the living room turns into a Queen size bed.
It has a full kitchen for the times that you want to stay in and have ocean-view dining on the large lanai or dining table. The ocean view is enhanced by a design which leaves the master bedroom open to the living area but also has a custom bamboo retractable shoji screen for privacy.
There is an office center built into the second bedroom for the times you need to get some work done amongst the play, and High-Speed Broadband INTERNET is available at no additional charge.
This bedroom also has its own TV apart from the flat screen TV in the main living area.

Wow, what a great place. The view is second to none. The listing description was very accurate, we had locals tell us that they were jealous of us because we got to stay in the best place in Kihei. The listing photos were true, the special view from the 8th floor was breath taking excellent. The property was very well maintained and manicured. We were there with our daughter her husband and their 20 month old son. We had a blast, the beach was excellent for the baby and he was thrilled with pool. The only thing we needed was an umbrella to place in the sand to take a break from the sun so we could sit with him for hour upon hour on the beach. There are many places to rent anything you need to help make your holiday more comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances modern and exceptionally clean. There was even beach toys at the condo for our grandson to use. We did find the restaurant at the hotel to be expensive and the service was lacking. The menu left something to be desired. We found some awesome places to eat in Kihei especially the 808 deli and bistro also Oceans Bar and grill, both have excellent food with fair prices. If sushi is your thing Sansei restaurant on the main drag is the best I have ever had anywhere.(not sure if I spelled the name correctly). Our only complaint was the couch seemed old and needed cleaning.The laundry facilities were convenient but the washing machine flooded water on the floor, we did notify the for desk but nothing was done to stop the water issue. The outdoor chairs also needed a good cleaning especially the ones around the pool, they get rinsed off everyday but a good scrub down is desperately needed as they were soiled and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. We loved the cleaning staff and security guards, they were extremely friendly and helpful as was the concierge service. We snorkelled right from the beach and saw just as many fish as we did at Molikini. We also saw turtles, lot of turtles while snorkelling. OH I can't forget the whales, we saw them from our deck every day. The sunsets, so beautiful and we sat out on the beach as often as possible to view it. Our first visit to Kihei was awesome and this condo was a great home away from home. I have recommended this condo to friends and family.

We couldn't believe how amazing the condo was - especially since it is right on the beach! My husband and I had a perfect romantic getaway and couldn't have asked for anything to be different. Hopefully we will be able to return soon.

Our Hawaiian experience started at Mana Kai 15 years ago and we have been back a few times since. We have fallen in love with the location and the oceanfront bedrooms. We came across these owners last year and will not stay anywhere else now. They have three condos at Mana Kai that they have remodeled and now they are the nicest in the building! We love that we can rent it as a one bedroom or a two bedroom if we decide to bring the kids. The new beds are very comfortable and the new kitchen is gorgeous. The owners are very service oriented and offer discounts for repeat guests. We can't wait to go back!
