This beautifully presented fully air conditioned home sleeps up to 8 people and is located in a quiet "No through road" off the US27 just one mile from the I-4 and a further 8 miles from the Disney World junction.
Travel time the Disney exit is around 10 minutes (traffic permitting). Restaurants (Pizza, Chinese, Subway, English pub) and Brand New Posner Park Mall within a mile.
The property has 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite) and features an upgraded swimming pool that is not overlooked at the rear.
It has a large living space with a 3 seater and 2 seater settee, color TV and DVD, telephone, dining area and large glass sliding doors leading to the sun deck and the fully enclosed private pool.
There is a large dining area with formal seating for 6 and an additional informal 'nook' dining area off the kitchen seating 4.
The kitchen features a full-size oven, microwave, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, a full range of small appliances, cooking utensils, crockery, saucepans, bake ware and cutlery.
There is a separate utility room with a large washer and large dryer.
All linen and towels are included along with full ironing facilities.
The property is about a one hour drive from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Both the West Coast (Clearwater) and East Coast (Cocoa beach and Space Centre) are also reached in around an hour.
There is a brand new Publix Supermarket approx 5 minutes drive from the property.
The property is also less than 5 minutes drive to the BRAND NEW Posner Park Shopping Complex. Target, JC Penny, Dollar Tree, Payless, and new stores are opening each week at the moment!
