Bus stop nearby takes approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Convention center. Shopping, markets, restaurants, theaters etc., are approximately 5-10 minutes away from us, as is the San Diego International airport. Average temperature is 70 degrees.
Exquisite Views! Point Loma is a two-story Mediterranean style Italian villa with Old World charm and hospitality with gentle breezes, swaying palms, tropical gardens, large pool and a delightfully relaxing spa, all set in an oasis of beauty, tranquility & friendliness. With a view of the bay.
Amenities include fireplace in living room, 3 queen beds, TV/VCR, laundry, ironing board, robes & hair dryer are offered for use. Off street parking. All rooms have ceiling fans. Magazines are for guests' enjoyment, telephone (no surcharge).
Smoking is not permitted in the house, but allowed in the garden. No lifeguard on duty, and parents are responsible for children. 10 min to Zoo.
Owners live on site in guest quarters beyond the pool area. We delight in sharing our home and consider it a privilege to serve you. We are also available to help with directions, suggestions, reservations, and making special occasions more special. (A personal concierge!)

Directions:
Take Highway 5 South to Rosecrans exit. Continue West approximately 1.5 mi. We are on the right side of the street, between Voltaire and Udall Street. Look for a two-story terracotta colored house with palm trees in the front. We have 2 coach lights lit at night.
From Highway 15 South, take Route 163 South to the Highway 8 exit, continue 8 West to the Rosecrans exit. Follow Rosecrans for approx. 1.5 miles. Look for a two-story terracotta colored house with palm trees in the front We are located between Voltaire St. and Udall St.
From the Airport car rental companies Avis, Hertz, National etc. At the traffic light when you leave, turn left and head for Point Loma North on Harbor Drive. Sign may say Americas Cup Harbor Drive to Nimitz Dr. Turn right on Nimitz. Keep going until you reach Rosencrans St Turn right on Rosecrans Street. Go approximately 8 blocks. We are on the left side of the street between Udall St. and Voltaire St. It is a two-story terracotta colored house with palm trees in the front. Should take around 5 minutes to reach Villa Serena. Park in driveway or on Udall St.
From Car rental companies such as Alamo & Dollar you will be on Pacific Highway. When you leave the parking lot, head North on Pacific Highway. Take the Barnett exit. Go West on Barnett until you reach Lytton St Barnett turns into Lytton. Continue to Rosecrans Street. Turn left on Rosecrans St. Go approximately 1 mi. to 2164 Rosecrans St. We are on the right side of the street. A two-story terracotta colored house with palm trees in the front.
From 5 North take the Pacific Highway exit. Get off at the Barnett exit. Continue on Barnett until you get to Lytton St. Take Lytton to Rosecrans St. Turn left on Rosecrans Street. Continue to 2164 Rosecrans St. between Voltaire St and Udall on the right.
From Downtown San Diego, take Harbor Drive North past the airport to Nimitz. Turn right on Nimitz. Continue to Rosencrans. Von's market is on the comer. Turn right on Rosecrans. Go approximately 8 blocks to 2164 Rosencrans St. between Udall and Voltaire on the left.
From Seaworld Dr. Take Nimitz Blvd to Rosecrans (Von's market), turn left, go to our house between Udall and Voltaire. Park in driveway.
