Condo had beautiful view with easy access to local restaurants and businesses. Cleanliness was not what we expected but can be fixed. Dvd player and movies were huge plus for weather days.

Owner response:Bryan, I am so sorry that you found an issue with my condo. I use a small, family owned cleaning service who has always strived to keep my condo clean and took great pride in doing so. I am disappointed and concerned that you stayed in the unit for 5 nights and chose to give me a low review instead of contacting either myself or the cleaning service if you found a problem, as I have several notices posted in the condo with all of our phone numbers and advising to notify us if you encounter any problems or find anything unsatisfactory. My cleaning service would have gladly came back to the condo to correct the problem. I've owned my condo for 4 years now and this is the first complaint I have had and I have many repeat guests who rent from me multiple times per year which says a lot about the condition of my unit and my integrity as an owner.

Went for a fall break long weekend - great location, great decor. Parking right by the property makes it easy to come and go. Quiet and private. Easy walk down the private path to the beach! Wonderful rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo...It is beautifully furnished with everything you could need for your vacation..the view was spectacular! Our vacation timing was perfect...the week after Labor Day, the beaches were all but deserted and weather was glorious! The condo was spotless and the owners provided perfect service(we left our car pass). We have been visiting Orange Beach now for about 5 years, but this was the first time we stayed here. The only negatives we found was that it is tucked between 2 huge condos and is sort of hard to locate, and pretty easily missed going down the highway and the pool is rather small. But we loved it!

we absolutely enjoyed our stay. the condo was awesome.i really like that we had a washer and dryer in the unit, it was so nice to come home with clean clothes and not have to unpack and start washing clothes when we got home. we really enjoyed a dip in the pool after all day at the beach, then relaxing in the hot tub was even better!!! Our favorite place to eat was at Bahama Bob's we eat there every year. We liked that the condo was located close to a little shopping center we just ran there for anything we needed. I would definently recommend this property to friends and family for any occasion.

We stayed at Sherry's property back in June and had an absolutley wondeful time. The water was closed so we couldnt enjoy that locally - we drove an hour to find clean water. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Sherry was very helpful in every aspect - we will be staying here again when we come back down that way!

We spent 8 nights at this wonderful condo. It was just as described and better! The view from the balcony was fabulous. The condo was incredibly clean. It was also furnished with anything you could need. It was also a kid friendly condo as we have a 10 month old and 4 year old. The owner is incredibly helpful and a real pleasure to work with. We have already booked our next trip for Labor Day. Can't wait to go back! (And enjoy the weather this time!)

We stayed in Cheri's condo for 5 days in early March 2010 and really, really enjoyed it. The location was great and it's nice that the condo building is smaller than others. It was quiet. The view of the beach was fantastic. The kitchen is stocked with every kind of utensil & pan you could ever need. It was nice to be able to cook some of our own meals that week & to have the washer & dryer available as well. Our 4 year old daughter loved the bunk beds. Cheri even has movies, books & games for entertainment. We will definitely return to this area and stay in this same condo!

There are so many things we liked about this condo! #302 is very nicely decorated. The kitchen is supplied with everything you could possibly need. It has a full size washer & dryer instead of the "stackables". The furniture is pretty as well as comfortable. And the FourWinds complex is smaller - not a high-rise - which we especially liked. We are looking forward to our next stay in #302.

Wow!! This is a great condo. We have been vacationing in Orange Beach for many years and this is the best place we have stayed thus far. The decor is very nice and there is everything that you need. Great location and easy parking!! We will certainly be back!

Great condo! Newly renovated with brand new furniture and new paint throughout. Kitchen has EVERYTHING (pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, and more)! Great for families. Convenient location and easy parking.
