Our cozy self-contained Cottage is very intimate and is located on a World Heritage site one mile from Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. It is tucked away on the lush tropical grounds of Volcano Garden Arts, a working art studio and gallery where guests can experience peace and serenity. The owner, Ira Ono is a world renowned artist and calls himself the "caretaker" of this enchanting destination.
The cottage has been lovingly restored for carefree living, and is smoke free. It features a queen size bed with heated mattress, a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious rainforest bathroom, skylights and more. Fresh fruit, yogurt, milk, cereal, banana bread, locally grown coffee and tea are provided for a delightfully hearty breakfast.

Cottage guests receive a 10% discount on all gallery purchases.
Ira Ono and his staff are knowledgeable guides to the surrounding areas and are happy to recommend favorite restaurants, beaches and sightseeing.
If you must cancel your reservation, your deposit will be returned minus a 15% processing fee if it is greater than 30 days from your original arrival date. Less than 30 days notice of cancelation, but greater than 15 days, 50% of your deposit will forfeited.
For cancellations received less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled arrival date, your full payment will be forfeited. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for reservations during Merrie Monarch Festival or the Kilauea Wilderness Run. |
