  We stayed in this condo from April 18-23. We have stayed in a few condos in Pensacola Beach and this was the best by far. It is absolutely beautiful and extremely well decorated! It is clean, awesome views of Pensacola Beach from 3 sides and has everything you need. They even had everything you could need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, blankets, toys. The building is new, has a great pool, hot tub, gym, plenty of parking and is far enough down the beach that it is not crowded. Also right next door is the best bar/restaurant in Pensacola Beach, Peg Leg Pete's. The owner was excellent to work with. We will definitely stay in this condo again. Dont waste your money paying more at Portifino.

  Jim was very quick with his responses and worked with me in every way he could to accommodate our needs. I had to book from a week day to a week day, not the standard Saturday to Saturday that everybody wants. His rates for our stay were affordable for what seemed to be a spectacular place. Unfortunately we were unable to travel at the time planned with Jim, so we had to cancel. Jim was very quick to send me a total refund. I was a little sad, because I looked forward to meeting Jim and staying in his place. He was 100% devoted to making things work for us. Thank you, Jim! Maybe another time!

  Thank you SO much for sharing your BEAUTIFUL condo on VRBO! Our stay was absolutely amazing. The condo was even more accommodating than described. I have always been a "condo snob" and the minute we walked in the door, knew that I had made the right choice. The furnishings were as beautiful as the views. Everything we needed was in the kitchen (which doesn't happen often) even spices. The views.....breathtaking from every room. The pool and hot tub are perfect and was never crowded and the beach was beautiful. The condo is situated just far enough from the noise and traffic but yet close enough to not mind taking a stroll or very short car ride to get to it! We were able to enjoy the live music on the beach that Pensacola offers on Tuesday's, the Boardwalk for shopping and wonderful places to eat. We actually preferred staying on "our end" where Peg Leg Pete's (BEST SEAFOOD) is literally just next door. The convenience store next to the condo came in handy a number of times as they have everything a person could need. The highlight for us was Landsharks (next to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville Resort) outside bar. The humongous fire pit and gathering area that is ON the beach was nothing short of amazing. Thank you both for allowing us to stay and if we come back to Pensacola, will definitely stay here!

  Sadly my vacation trip has been put off for various reasons. I was looking forward to my annual beach week at Emerald Dolphin. For those of you who appreciate prompt, professional and friendly client service, this is the Owner/Operator to work with. Jim, I look forward to the time when I can call you for a possible spur of the moment getaway. Until that time, I hope the summer season is good to you.

  Our family travels often and I spend a lot of time researching the ideal place to stay (I am very picky). Pensacola was a new destination for us and so after hours of research I knew that this condo was the best. That was also proven through the interaction of the owner who was always available to answer my questions and give us insight into the area prior to and during our stay. Upon arrival we were blown away at the location and beauty of this Condo. It is breathtaking. It is so tastefully furnished and well maintained. They even had a variety of beach toys, umbrella's and chairs for our everyday needs. The amenities and location were perfect. There is a well-stocked store next door and walking distance to Peg Leg Pete's a restaurant institution in the area with laid back atmosphere and good food. The beaches and water are on a par with a Caribbean island and the condo has an excellent pool. The restaurants and shops are just a few minute drive from the condo if you are staying when the trolley is not in season and we had excellent meals at a variety of restaurants. We have a new found love for Pensacola Beach and we will never stay anywhere else on Pensacola Beach but this Condo.

  We absolutely loved this place! We have been going to Pensacola Beach for our family vacation for the past 10 yrs. or so. This is the best place to go if you are looking for a relaxing vacation! It's great for kids of all ages too. There are plenty of things to do right there or do nothing at all! Just soak in the sun and relax! Whatever you choose to do it's there or nearby. We have stayed in many condos out there and this one was byfar the best! It looks great in the pictures but believe me it's much better than that! I just felt so at home and I have to say it was the most relaxing vacation I have ever been on. I slept so good in the bed which is usually not the case when you go somewhere. My kids loved the condo. It was so spacious and had everything you could think of. I would recommend this place to anyone! Thank you Jim for letting us stay in your beautiful condo for the wk. We can't wait to return!

  This condo was absolutely amazing. The owners really have thought of everything and you feel right at home. The decor is beautiful and the views are breathtaking! The pictures do not begin to do it justice. It is very spacious...the bedrooms are spaced perfectly for your own privacy. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils/dishes/pots/pans you would need for any dinner. My family and I truly enjoyed our week here...and hope to return next year!

  Wonderful place to stay. Exceeded my expectations. Everything you could possibly need was there for you.I would highly reccomend it. The ocean views were spectacular.

  This condo is beautiful! It has everything you need to enjoy your stay at the beach! The owner was very helpful and his condo is very big, clean, and stocked with all of the conviences of home! The furniture is amazing, the beds are comfy, and the view from the balcony is amazing. I will def return to Pensacola and I plan on staying here every time!

  What a delight to stay in this unit for a weekend following a busy semester of teaching. The weather was beautiful, not only the sun, sand and water, but the spectacular thunderstorm over the gulf on Saturday night. We felt right at home in the unit which was tastefully decorated, and the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots, pans and spices! We look forward to staying there again and highly recommend this condo! Thank you for sharing your 2nd home with us!
