The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The unit is across the street from the beach,faces south so you get sun all day long, has a huge balcony that can sit 6-8 comfortably; is sound proofed so that you do not hear the neighbors. It is only 4 blocks to the convention center and 15 minutes to Cape May. Golf courses, Atlantic City, the Ferry to Delaware, tax free shopping, are within a reasonable driving time.

This well-maintained condo was perfect for our family beach vacation. In fact, the reality is even better than the pictures, which is why I have already mentioned this property to friends. The well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, south-facing balcony seating, and good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone plenty of space. Added bonuses were Internet access, a separate storage area for bikes and beach chairs, multiple off-street parking spots, and being just a short walk from so many of the places we wanted to go (the beach, the bike path, the boardwalk, Bandanas). The owner answered questions promptly and made the rental process easy. I would visit again.

I stayed at this rental property with my husband, our two young children, and my mother. There was plenty enough room in this spacious condo for everyone! It was updated and beautifully decorated with all the amenities that you would want away from home. We loved the pool and the huge deck! It was only a few blocks to the start of the boardwalk and across the street from a park, the bike path, and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again in the future!!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
