New Nantucket style home on the Bluffs overlooking West Falmouth harbor and Buzzards bay. 1 mile to beautiful Chapoquoit beach and within 3 miles of Old Silver beach ,the Capes sandiest beaches. This open floor plan offers 6 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms, 4 full baths and 2 with showers, and one 1/2 bath. It has 2 master suites each with king size beds, private baths, and spectacular views. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with private bath, the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds, the fifth bedroom has two trundle beds (4 twins) with private bath. We just completed our walk out basement and there is a bedroom with a king size bed and a bath with shower. The top two levels of this home have a living room with gas fireplace and great views, and furnished with very nice upscale comfortable furniture. You will find custom murals and artwork done by a local artist.
Top floor- Kitchen, living room, dining area, 500 sq ft master, & bedroom with 2 twins
1st level- Family room, 4 season room, 2nd master and 2 other bedrooms, laundry room..
Walkout basement- Large bedroom with King bed and a bathroom with shower.
The kitchen offers a sub-zero refrigerator, and Thermador appliances. A large island that seats 8 and a dining table that seats 10. There is a laundry room with over sized washer and dryer. The floor plan in this home is very large and spacious. This home is over 7,000 square feet.

Why the Owner Chose Falmouth
I was born in Falmouth and a lot of my family still resides there, so we love to visit there and look forward to spending more time there year after year.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We have large families so our home works out great for adults with all of the privacy each bedroom offers and large family rooms to gather in. Also all the kids have a great time as the backyard is huge and we put in a playground, and they love to cook smores every evening in the firepit. The kitchen, dining area is wonderful too so big and we of course enjoy the different beautiful Cape Cod sunsets we get to enjoy from our deck!

My father enjoys getting his 4 kids and their young families together for a Cape vacation each summer. This house was perfect for our group! Lots of well-maintained space with great amenities - the kitchen is upscale and well-supplied which was terrific for the cooks in our family. Views from the deck are amazing, and the proximity to Chappy, the bike path and even Old Silver (short drive) can't be beat. Backyard is awesome for young kids with a nice swingset and lots of safe ball-playing space. The owners were very helpful in answering all of our questions prior to our stay. I'd definitely recommend this home!

My sister and I rented this house with our families for Thanksgiving weekend. The house is incredible; there is plenty of room, the furnishings are great and the kitchen is beautiful. It was also very comfortable and kid friendly. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We loved walking down the hill to the neighborhood grocery and it was also an easy walk or ride to the bike trail. I would recommend this property to anyone and we can't wait to go back.
Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+.

"This home was perfect for our family reunion. It is so well equipped and and just lovely. The location is wonderful with great access to the bike path and not far at all to the beach. It is very family friendly and the sunsets were amazing! We cant wait to rent it again!"
