had a great time in this nice condo over labor day weekend. like the previous review stated the living & dinning room could use curtains for the morning sunshine. otherwise a nice clean condo. thanks
Owner response:Glad you enjoyed the stay, we are considering adding currtains, our reservation has been the heavy trees already make it dark in the main living area, but understand if someone sleeps in the living room there is a lot of light. thanks for the feedback.

My mother, my son & I came to Flagstaff to attend my neice's graduation from Northern Arizona University. We could not have been happier with the location of this condo or the amenities it had to offer. We could easily get to the university and downtown and it was our homebase after going to the Grand Canyon. Plus, there were several restaurants nearby. My mother took the master bedroom, I took the spare bedroom and my son slept on the pull out coach. His only complaint was that there were no curtins on the windows so the beautiful Arizona sunshine came through the pine trees pretty early...and twenty year olds like their sleep! The condo had everything we needed and for a very reasonable price. The nearby walking trail was great and we sat out on the patio each morning and evening. Perfect weather too! My brother came over from the townhouse they stayed in and liked ours better...and ours was less expensive! My only suggestion is to move the bunkbed in the spare bedroom to the wall so you can open the window (make sure you put curtins on it!) - that's just the decorator in me! Anyway, thanks Mike for a great stay! We'll definately stay here when we get back to Flagstaff!
Owner response:glad you enjoyed your stay - I will leave the curtains to the Wife as I am sure i will mess it up, but appreciate the suggestions. Mike

My wife, two kids and my parents all stayed in this really nice condo. With the bunks beds w/ trundle in one of the bedrooms we had plenty of space. The huge dining room table was prefect to have a family dinner that also included my brother, his wife and their two kids. The amenities in the resort were wonderful and our kids (6 and 3) loved playing on the playground and watching a movie in the huge beanbag chairs. The condo is located in a great location that is close to lots of restaurants and things to do.
Owner response:Glad you enjoyed your stay!

A Perfect Getaway Retreat: My family and I really enjoyed this place. It's got everything you need, even a fireplace plus all the conveniences of home. Our family of four was really comfortable, but I'm sure you could fit a few more, especially with the large dining table. Great spot to jump off from to take in all that Flagstaff has to offer. This trip we did the Grand Canyon and Riordan Mansion, but there's a lot more "stuff to see/do" on our next visit. I would highly recommend it.
