Welcome to our Mariners Watch villa located on Kiawah's East Beach, just 200 yds away is Kiawah island's most spectacular 10 miles of sandy beach. Walk down the steps from our villa and you are at the beach access/bike trail. Our villa is approx 650sq ft and can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped for a cook, plenty of pots, pans, dishes. The kitchen has beautiful maple and coffee glazed cabinets, travertine backsplash and baltic brown granite countertops.
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2008 and has a beautiful marble tile floor and tub surround, granite countertop on the maple vanity. The bathroom can be accessed from the bedroom and hallway.
The living room has a Sherill sleeper sofa, swival club chair and beautiful leather ottoman just waiting for you to kick off your shoes while enjoying the flat screen TV. The dining area has a glass top table with seating for four. The bedroom has a queen bed and plenty of linens.
On the screen porch overlooking the lagoon there are two patio table and chairs for your enjoyment. Egrets and alligators are just a few of the native inhabitants you may see from this spot. Watch out for Allie the alligator on the far bank of the lagoon.
The Night Heron Park, East Beach Tennis Club, Town Center, Sanctuary Hotel, are all within walking/biking distance. The villa is centrally located to all the golf courses.
Smoking is not permitted in the villa or on the screened porch and No grills permitted in the villa complex due to wood construction.
We provide starter paper products and soap, we provide no cleaning products. If you wish to have the villa cleaned during your stay we will be happy to ask our housekeepers to clean for you at an additional charge.

- The sandy beach is only 200 yards from the villa. Ten miles of the most beautiful beach on the east coast. Kiawah also has 30 miles of bike trails to enjoy and biking is one of the most popular activities. The bike/beach trail runs at the base of the villa steps Four world championship golf courses are available on the island. There are also many tennis courts and shopping, dining and spa opportunities at the Sanctuary hotel and at Freshfields. There are many boating activities offered at Bohicket Marina located just off Kiawah Island. Newton Farms is the closest large grocery store with a full deli.

Why the Owner Chose Mariners Watch
It's the perfect location, the beach is only 200 yards away from the villa. The bike and beach path runs right by the villa. Bikes can be rented at the Night Heron park or delivered. We've biked out to the Ocean course and back. Be sure and bring sun screen, water and a camera if you are riding that far. You will have many opportunities to take some great photos of the wildlife and birds on the island.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the lagoon view from our screened porch while having coffee in the morning. The Bosch convection stove is big enough to cook a Thanksgiving turkey. If you don't want to cook, Freshfields village is a short drive away and has a great deli at the grocery store and pizza restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa and will definately return. It is in great condition, just as pictured and the location provides easy beach access, miles and miles of bike riding and a short bike ride or walk to The Sanctuary and the Nature Center. Our two boys (8 and 10) slept comfortably on the pull out sofa and our lab enjoyed being with the family too. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa, Kiawah is now one of our favorite vacation spots.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.

We have stayed at a few villas at Kiawah, and this place was our best experience. The proximity to the beach is great and the area of the beach was not crowded. The size of the villa was larger than expected and the place is updated and fresh. The owner also had some great suggestions and was easy to work with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway.

This was our fourth stay at a villa in Mariners Watch and I have to say that this was one of our best stays. The villa is located right next to a walkway to the beach, which is less than a minute away. The villa itself has been tastefully updated and provides a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere after a day at the beach or a day in Charleston. We've rented villas in the past from the Kiawah Resort, but I have to say that this was one of the smoothest and easiest ways to rent a villa. I would highly recommend this villa for your next beach vacation or for just a weekend getaway.
