In seconds you are on the most spectacular 10 miles of beach on the East Coast. The beach is 200 yards from the villa. The beach access/bike trail is right next to the villa steps. The living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, leather ottoman, flat screen TV, DVD, and radio/cd player and internet access. The villa has been newly painted in a soft soothing celery green color. The bedroom is warm and inviting with a new queen bed, fresh linens and comforter. All linens are provided. The newly renovated bathroom can be accessed from both the bedroom and hallway. The bathroom features a beautiful marble floor and tub surround, and granite vanity countertop. The bathroom is painted in a soft yellow color. The kitchen has also undergone a renovation, beautiful maple cabinets,travertine backsplash and granite countertops. The kitchen is quite complete with place settings enough for four. Enjoy breakfast or lunch from the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. There is a patio table and chairs for your enjoyment. Egrets and alligators are just a few of the native inhabitants you may see from this spot. The Night Heron Park, East Beach Tennis Club, Town Center, Sanctuary Hotel, are all within walking/biking distance. This part of the Island is very beautiful. It is also centrally located to all the golf courses. Travel/island information is provided for you inside the villa. Smoking is not permitted in the villa or on the screened porch.
