Why the Owner Chose Balboa Peninsula
Location, location, location! After living in San Francisco and New York City a Southern California location where we could walk or ride bikes to everything was a top priority. We chose our building because we saw great potential in rebuilding the original duplex that was built in 1973. In 2007, that dream became a reality when we reconstructed the entire place. One of the things we love most is that there are no two story buildings on either sides of our structure. This allows a nice cross breeze of air to flow off the ocean & through the house when the windows are open. It is also nice and bright!
The Unique Benefits of this Duplex
It is very easy to come in and out of our location. It is in a unique spot between both Newport & Balboa Blvd.
