This is a unique three-pod style house in a quiet neighborhood offering the best view on Marco Island. This home is not on a canal, but on a scenic body of water known as Sanctuary Sound, a nature lover's paradise of playful dolphins and shy manatees. Each morning and evening watch as hundreds of tropical birds fly over the water in V formation.
The living room opens via sliding glass doors onto the screened lanai area with a large pool, hot tub, tropical plantings, gas grill and outdoor seating. Beyond the lanai area, there is a path to the private dock, where you can catch fish in your own back yard or dock a rented boat or other water craft.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, indoor wet bar, and large eat-in living room. Each of the three pods has its own large master suite with full bath and king sized beds. There are two additional twin bedrooms with bath. Four bedrooms have panoramic views of the water and all have TV's. There is a two car garage with complete laundry facilities. The circle drive provides additional parking.
Sun, swim, and rest in the midst of the beautiful vistas of Sanctuary Sound. It may seem like you are miles from civilization, but you are only minutes from shopping, restaurants, and the beautiful beaches of Marco Island.

We just got back from a short but amazing vacation here at this incredible property overlooking the sanctuary- We were a group of 9 people total.....The home was in amazing condition!!! There were many amenities, and everything we needed was right there- We actually did not leave the home because we would be in the pool all day long! The view was spectacular! There so many towels, fresh linens, etc.... We took a nice bike ride around the amazing neighborhood! we were so pleased with the house, the accommodations, and the setting! We were all very sad to leave, but we are already planning to come back very soon. Thank you very much for sharing this spectacular home!!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

We spent a week there, three families, three generations. The house is not glamorous, and needs some updating, but it's cozy. I was happily surprised to realized that the pod design actually meant 3 separate buildings. Main house has one king suite, there is another King room over the garage, with the sleeper sofa in the same room, and the third building houses the final King suite - with balcony, and the two rooms with the two twin beds. It was a little different layout than I thought. We spent all of our time around the pool anyway. Kids loved fishing off the dock. Kitchen is small, but we always eat out on vacation. Great house for multiple families for together and alone time. Backing up to the water is peaceful and private, I would not have wanted to be on a canal. Staying at the house was better than going to the beach. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this house to other families

The property was well maintained and appeared as advertised. We enjoyed the privacy of having multiple families in seperate buildings, yet the shared public spaces. The large screened lanai was well used every day and the views of the nature preserve very tranquil every evening. Thanks for a great family vacation spot.

Met de familie het huis 1 week bewoond. Kamer verdeling prima, de keuken niet geheel schoon. De woning is enigszins verouderd, maar wel praktisch. Prima week gehad, elke ochtend dolfijnen langs zien zwemmen. De housekeeping mag iets intensiever schoonmaken.
