This unit is located on the fourth floor unit has all the amenities and offers spectacular views and awesome sunsets!!!The plexi-glass balcony is so close to the Gulf you can hear the ocean. This vacation Condo features a living area with 15 foot sliding glass doors overlooking the Gulf. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and den area with queen pull out sofa bed. Accommodations include master with king size bed full bath including Jacuzzi tub and shower. Separate bedroom includes Queen size bed with TV and a full bath.
Sterling Sands is an eight story condominium complex. It is an excellent vacation spot for families and couples. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool, outdoor spa. The beach area is large and gorgeous and there is beach chair and umbrellas offered to the quests for a fee. This complex is located in the heart of Destin close to Back Porch-Water Park-Golf-The Track.

This is our second year staying at this unit and me and my family have such a wonderful time my children are 9 and 11 and have such a good time at the pool and at the beach!!! Everything is close by we can even walk to the Back Porch from Sterlings Sands for lunch everything you need is right at your fingertips. The water this trip was so pretty could not of asked for it to be and clearier. The unit has everything you need and we really liked having the beach service included in the trip. We will be back next year!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Our family of 4 rented the condo last year and we had a great time there! The condo is right on the beach and it's situated close to shopping and restaurants. The condo itself is great and nicely decorated. The kitchen is well appointed. The owners were very helpful when we called them because we had forgotten to take the code to the door with us.... oops! We definitely will go back.
Recommended for:Families with young children.

Condo was nice, but needed some basic work done. 2nd bedroom is tiny but I guess your not really there to stay in the bedroom. After our stay owner has ignored our phone calls/ email mails & has not returned our deposit. So if you like donating your deposit, this is the place for you, but if not then I would find somewhere else to rent!
Recommended for:Age 55+.
