This gorgeous house is on the sunny side of the Gore Creek. You can fish in this gold water creek from your backyard or just sit in the hot tub and enjoy the sounds of the water rushing by. Both decks have sun all day and even in winter, many days you can enjoy lunch outdoors. You can enjoy the view while you are grilling on the deck or be inside enjoying the fireplace.
The house has been completely redecorated with new hardwood floors, new kitchen appliances and granite countertops. There is a great mudroom to keep skis' and boots in as well as a 2 car heated garage.
For winter and skiing, it is located on the bus route which makes it easy to be in Vail Village within minutes and not to have to deal with driving or parking in the parking structure.
In spring, summer and fall the location of being right on the Gore Creek is beautiful and very relaxing. The bike path is right by the house if you choose to bike or walk to Lionshead or Vail.
