Dining with a spectacular view! - Oceanfront El Porto Beach House Vacation Rental You'll love this wonderful beach retreat with panoramic ocean views from Catalina Island to Malibu! Dolphins can be seen nearly everyday playing in the waves amongst the surfers. The bird's eye view also allows for great people watching on the strand. The entire upper floor is available for vacation rental in this tri-plex in North Manhattan Beach also known as "El Porto". This is a two bedroom + den with sofa sleeper, 2 bathroom beach house which sleeps 4 to 6 adults comfortably. Together, the kitchen, dining and living room create an open "great room" which offer spectacular views. A bright dining area which seats eight compliments a well appointed seating area with chocolate leather sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter that seats three & is a great place to enjoy your favorite beverage. This beach house is located directly on "The Strand", which is a walking path or "promenade" that runs along the beach for several miles (pictured below). Centrally located only 3 miles south of LAX, several Los Angeles attractions are just a short drive away (Disneyland, Hollywood, Queen Mary; all within 45 mins). Many popular restaurants, fun bars and exceptional shopping boutiques are within walking distance. A recent remodel includes all new windows and three giant sliding glass doors facing the ocean, new bamboo floors, all new furniture, new recessed lighting, new cozy fireplace, memory foam queen sized beds, new flat screen tv's in each bedroom, all new linens & much more. Oct 01 - May 31 ..... $2,000/week or $350/nite or $8,000/month.

3 nite minimum stay required.
$1,500 Refundable Security Deposit Required. $100 Cleaning fee.
10% City Bed Tax for stays under 30 days NOT included in Rates.
50% due upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to stay.
