You'll love this wonderful beach retreat with panoramic ocean views from Catalina Island to Malibu! Dolphins can be seen nearly everyday playing in the waves amongst the surfers. The bird's eye view also allows for great people watching on the strand. The entire upper floor is available in this 'all vacation rental' tri-plex in North Manhattan Beach also known as "El Porto".
This is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom beach house which sleeps 6 adults comfortably. Together, the kitchen, dining and living room create an open "Great Room" which offer Spectacular Views. A bright dining area which seats eight compliments a well appointed seating area with chocolate Leather Sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter that seats three & is a great place to enjoy your favorite beverage.
This Oceanfront home is located directly on "The Strand", which is a walking path or "Promenade" that runs along the beach for several miles. Centrally located only 3 miles south of LAX, several Los Angeles attractions are just a short drive away (Disneyland, Hollywood, Queen Mary, Rodeo Drive, Venice; all within 45 mins). Many popular restaurants, fun bars and exceptional shopping boutiques are within walking distance.
A recent remodel includes all new windows and three giant sliding glass doors facing the ocean, new bamboo floors, all new furniture, new recessed lighting, new cozy fireplace, new memory foam & pillow top queen sized beds, new flat screen tv's in each bedroom, all new linens & much more. At least one garage space, wireless internet, laundry, bbq grill, beach chairs, boogie boards, beach cruisers and beach towels also included.

Manhattan Beach....It's quiet, it's clean, it's safe - it's a very upscale community. You can walk almost everywhere. It's close to LA and all of it's attractions.
The Unique Benefits at this Tri-Plex
This particular section of the Strand is about 30 feet above sea level which translates into amazing views on any level of the house. You see so much more blue water because youre a little above it all. Plus you see everything that happens on the beach for miles north and miles south. Its truly common to see dolphins from the house while youre eating breakfast and kayakers paddeling the coast line and pelicans making a dive for fish and always plenty of surfers carving the waves from sunrise to sunset.
