I saw a negative review for this property and I felt compelled to write a response. My husband and I have stayed in this condo at least 4 times and we have never had a negative experience. The owner was always prompt in correspondence and did everything possible to make sure we had a good time while staying there. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone who wants to experience island living. It is clean, comfortable, cozy and has all that you need for your stay. What could be better than being within walking distance of the beach? The positive reviews outweigh the negative one. We will stay here again and again and again. Hope you do the same.

Last May we stayed for two weeks and loved it!! The unit was very clean, we could walk to the beach and local restaurants. The neighbours were very friendly and we hated to go home!! Carol is a fantastic owner and really keeps up the unit. We are coming back in October.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Sullivan's Island condo. It was perfect for us and the location is right in the center of Sullivan's Island. We felt at home with all the conveniences provided for us. The atmosphere is so friendly and the owner provided us with alot of information about the area. There are several restaurants within walking distance and a playground across the street for kiddies. Tennis and basketball courts, too. Be sure to try the ice cream and desserts at Cafe Medley. The Sunday brunch at Sullivan's is yummy, too. The beach is a short 5-minute walk and has a family friendly feel. We took lots of walks on the beach and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo has a pillow-top queen bed that assured us a good night's rest. The beachy decoratations are perfect for this condo. This is an affordable vacation rental and comes highly recommended by us. We can't wait to start planning our next trip.

Location, location, location...perfect. We loved Sullivan's Island and this was the perfect place to stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Easy to walk everywhere and just relax and enjoy the southern hospitality. Thanks Carol, we really enjoyed our stay.

This place is an absolute GEM. Unless you know Sullivan's Island as I do since I lived there 17 years ago, you cannot appreciate the location and the value of this condo. The owner is delightful and the entire beach experience was perfect. My only complaint is that I could not stay longer, but I will be back soon and often.

Thank you so much for everything. The condo was perfect, it gave us peace and quiet for the relaxing honeymoon we desparately needed after the craziness of the wedding events! It was a great getaway from all the hustle and bustle! Charleston was such a neat city, and we'll definitely be back again soon to visit! Thank you for sharing your condo with us. It made our honeymoon a great one!

Thank you for an unforgettable week! Everything turned out better than we could have dreamed. The condo was truly a home away from home. Loved being able to walk to the beach. Sullivan's Island is so relaxing and laid back- had a wonderful time! We ate at Sullivan's, had a good burger at Poe's, and a wonderful dinner overlooking the water at Morgan Creek Grill, Isle of Palms. Walking into your condo, was like being in a cozy cottage. We hope to visit again.

Staying here was beyond pleasurable! I'm so glad we've finally found somewhere to stay that feels like home. Sullivan's Island is a great place to be. My husband and I were married here on this trip. We will definitely be staying here as much as we can. We love it!

Thank you so much for the lovely get-away. The weather has been beautiful, the beach so relaxing, and the dining delicious! We had dinner at High Thyme (very tasty!), at Poe's (loved the burgers), and brunch at Sullivan's. We'll definitely be back!
