Beautiful mountain views are yours to enjoy while staying in this freshly remodeled, attractively furnished, duplex home. This home is conveniently located in Eagle-Vail near Minturn and Avon, just two miles east of Beaver Creek and six miles west of Vail. The home is served by the local ECO bus line and bike trail system.
Here you’ll enjoy a stone fireplace, huge dining room table, and a private five person 24-jet hot tub on a large 700 square foot wrap-around deck and Wi-Fi Internet access. The family room, dining room, and kitchen are joined for a spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the new carpeting, Australian Cypress hardwood floors, solid knotty pine doors, marble and slate entryway.
There is plenty of room for your family reunion and friends as there are four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms; 2,000 square feet total. Wedding parties are welcome as the home is close to the Eagle-Vail Pavilion, Donavan Pavilion and 4 Eagle Ranch.
The large master bedroom is recently updated with vaulted ceilings and walk-in closet includes its own private bathroom. Downstairs are three bedrooms, each with queen beds and two have walk-in closets and flat-panel LCD TV's.
Just two blocks from the ECO (Eagle County) bus service, you can ride to Vail (11 Minutes) and the base of Beaver Creek (7 Minutes). Kids 18 and under are free, adults are $3. The bus stop is at the top of the cul-de-sac and across the street.

Judd has been a Vice President of Business development for Computer Software and Commercial Bank card Companies. Monica works for FirstBank of Colorado. Jenica has recently graduated in Political Science at Northwestern University and Garrett is a freshman in the Colorado State College system while busing and waiting tables at Merle's restaurant in Littleton, Colorado. The whole family poured their heart, time and effort in to making this vacation home perfect for family and friends.

I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house while were in Vail for our son's wedding. The house is gorgeous and so well equipped and clean. We hated to leave it. We really miss those views from the dining area windows. The hummingbird feeder provided us with some ideal photos of those busy little birds. Of course we loved being right next door to Kathi and we spent some memorable times together. We anticipated the trip for such a long time and it ended too quickly. I hope we will be able to return to the house when we vacation with the rest of the family in your beautiful area. Thanks for providing us with such a beautiful place to stay.
