Beautifully decorated and furnished home. We just enjoyed 3 days with our family of 9 (age span of 2 months to senior citizens) and the accomodations were perfect. Owners were very attentive. Centrally located to Vail, Avon and Beaver Creek, but in a neighborhood setting. There are so many activities to enjoy we wished we could have stayed longer. Blu's Restaurant in Vail is great for breakfast and Avon's Rec Center is perfect for family time. Beaver Creek is absolutely breathtaking.

This home was the perfect place to stay when our son got married at the Beaver Creek Chapel. There was plenty of room for us and our guests. The groomsmen even got dressed for the wedding there. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings to unwind after our busy days! We were close to everything and ate at some of the best restaurants: Mirabelle, Vista at Arrow Head, The Cafe Milano and The Main Street Grill. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Trip

Not only did the owners accomodate us whrn our dates changed and we had to reschedule, but everything they did and had available was so that we could have a more amazing trip! The house was in a fabulous location in between Vail and Beaver Creek....super close and convenient to both! The neighborhood was beautiful with wonderful local hiking trails and many parks and lakes locally (walking distance) for families. Also, very close to the Super Walmart! In addition tomlocation, the actual house was pretty outstanding! It was beautifully decorated and very nice. It is very new, well maintained and super clean! It had everything we needed or wanted! The hot tub was a great addition at the end of an active day! I would recommend this house to anyone....families or not! This is a must stay!

Our family enjoyed a cool Colorado vacation at Monica and Judd's wonderful home. The home was the perfect size for us and our son and daughter and their families. The location between Vail and Beaver Creek was also perfect. There were so many fun summer activities for all of us. Their home is super-clean and well-stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. It was actually the best supplied home of all the rentals we've stayed in. Judd and Monica, we left your place about 8:45 am. I wanted to write a testimonial for you but don’t see a spot on your website. We enjoyed your place so much! It was perfect for the four of us girls and believe it would be perfect for a couples trip as well. And, it’s all the extra care that you take to make sure our stay is easy. We used the bus exclusively once we were there even for dinner out the last night. We couldn’t ask for more! And, your cookware is awesome! Two of us are gourmet cooks and we did filet with green peppercorn sauce Friday night. While we used a few things from your cabinet to cook with which was great, we also left the green peppercorns for the next set of guests or yourselves! The grocery store is rather proud of their price on green peppercorns! Thank you so much. Debbie

What a perfect holiday we had

A huge thanks goes to Monica and Judd for letting us borrow their fantastic holiday home. It was a perfect setting for our two families, 4 adults and 4 children. As we travelled from England we placed our booking nearly a year in advance and Monica was brilliant at keeping in touch and answering any questions we had upfront. Once we arrived we felt extremely welcome because we were met by both Monica and Judd who wanted to ensure we would settle in easily. Since we spent 2 weeks at this location it was crucial that the atmosphere was homely and we were not disappointed. It was like a home from home, we certainly could not have wished for anything else. The home was fully equipped, all the furniture (plus the jacuzzi) were comfortable and encouraging us to chill out after a long day on the slopes. The location of the home was ideal for us since it was easy to get to both Beaver Creek and Vail. We are all planning to come back very soon - watch out - we will be booking early to secure our next two weeks. Thanks again to Monica and Judd, keep up the good work.

The property was perfect for our stay. We had 9 adults and space wise it worked out fine. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was there. It was very clean and well appointed. The owners are a pleasure to work with. The ONLY downside is a car is necessary to take full advantage of the surroundings, which means a designated driver is required after those late nights at the Red Lion. I have booked condos/homes all over the country and value wise it is the best yet.

Eight of us came to Vail to ring in 2011 and and despite the freezing cold weather, we had a great time in Monica & Judd's house. I've never stayed in a rental that was so well appointed with all the amenities - hair dryers, restaurant review magazines with Monica's personal reviews, games, DVD's, iPod player, even bath robes for the hot tub! We didn't have to worry about what we were cooking because we know we would have the right pots/pans/whatever was required for food prep. We spent hours in the cozy "great room" at the dining table playing games. They really did think of everything. The only downside was proximity to the Vail resort - luckily we had rental cars because the bus line to Vail was pretty inconvenient. But overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again.

My family had a great time on our CO vacation, and we loved staying at the Watts' home! They thought of anything and everything we needed and then some. A true travel bargain! Very nice time in Eagle Vail last Holy week, we came from Spain and we had and enjoyable time and a lot of attention by the management (owners) of the house. Everything in the house was perfect and being in the hot tube snowing outside was an grate experience. The house area is quiet and the surrounds are full with sky (in Winter) resorts and restaurants, shops and places to see and things to do. Enjoy in the future too !

We stayed here for our spring break week and it was the perfect location for all. We were able to get to Beaver Creek in 2 minutes to ski or shop, and go into Vail for Adventure Ridge in just a few minutes more. Monica and Judd welcomed us like friends, and the house was completely stocked, spotless, and comfortable. The kids loved just playing in the snow in the yard, while my husband and I cooked dinners and enjoyed a glass of wine. It really was like a home away from home. We will definitely visit again!

Hi, we really enjoyed the stay in your wonderful home. We mountain biked in Vail and Keystone, rode the Glenwood Canyon trail and the Frisco to Breckenridge trail. Each evening we returned to your wonderful home to relax and soak in the hot tub. Each morning my wife and I enjoyed breakfast on your deck looking up at the great mountain view and listening to the hummingbirds. We had a great time skiing Vail, Beaver Creek and Copper, and the Watts' place was convenient to all, as well as shopping in Avon. We were in the hot tub every night, and made use of the nice kitchen and huge dining room. What a view! We also had great meals at the Blue Moose in Lions Head, and at the Minturn Saloon in Minturn.

We recently flew from Seattle for a family ski vacation in Vail/Beaver Creek and stayed that the Watts house. There were 6 of us staying there and the house was ready to accommodate more people. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and pans and there was a big dining room table so we easily made all of our meals and had relaxing dinners. And of course the hot tub is a must in any ski vacation. The house was less than 10 minutes from Vail and even closer to Beaver Creek resort making it a great alternative to staying in the village and paying 4 times the price. We had a great stay and will rent this place the next time we head to Vail/Beaver Creek.

We were so looking forward to our trip to Vail to ski and stay in this beautiful home, but it was not to be. We just returned from an August stay at the Watts' home. It was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one child. We could enjoy time together and yet have comfortable sleeping spaces and bathrooms available. The home was equipped with a baby gate for the stairway as well as wonderful netting to close the spaces between the railings so the toddler could wander without everyone jumping. I just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying at your house while were in Vail for our son's wedding. The house is gorgeous and so well equipped and clean. We hated to leave it. We really miss those views from the dining area windows. The hummingbird feeder provided us with some ideal photos of those busy little birds. Of course we loved being right next door to Kathi and we spent some memorable times together. We anticipated the trip for such a long time and it ended too quickly. Our entire group of 7 had an incredible time. The house was everything that the pictures reflects and the owners represent. Everything was clean and funtional.The home was cozzy and have an incredible location close to the slopes and entertaiment.Our tennagers enjoyed the jacuzzi very very much.But I think that what makes the difference in this property to others is Judd(the owner) and his ability to serve and pleased to make sure that his guess have an incredible time.We will be back for sure.

I think we hit the jackpot with your house, and this was our first trip to the Vail/Beaver Creek area. There were 8 adults and our almost 3 yr old twins staying in the house and it suited our needs perfectly. Our kids wanted to sleep in the walk in closet in our bedroom! We found everything we needed in the kitchen to be able make our own meals and the table was big enough for all. We espcially liked being able to use the bikes, just rented a kiddie trailer and off we went. There was so many things to do in the area in the summer, I was kind of surprised! We will definately stay here the next time we come out. Thanks again for everything.

Just a little note to say how nice this house was. We had 3 little boys under the age of 3 with us and this house was great even with all the extra little hands. They provided the necessary items to keep the little ones safe. It was roomy and spacious and we all had more than enough room. Everything inside and out was clean and nice. Just a quick note to say how much we liked your place in Vail. It is definitely the finest accommodation we have stayed in during our 15 years of ski trips and we are very much looking forward to staying there again on a future trip. What a great place for a large group. The upstairs living room, kitchen table, and kitchen are very open, which provided more than enough space for our group of 9 to relax comfortable. Judd was great: he called a couple times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed, and check if there were any problems. Would deffinitly stay here again.

Definitly the best weekend we had in a long time. The Watts' helped us cadets celebrate our Academy Ring Dance by renting us their amazing place. Great senery and an awesome location helped make our time memorable.

We stayed at the house in March of 2006 over Spring Break. The house was very comfortable and clean. We cooked every night and found the kitchen well stocked. We enjoyed the private hot tub and we took the bikes out for a ride. It is convenient to Vail and Beaver Creek. I recommend driving and parking rather than using the bus if you go during off season times.

We stayed at Judd and Monica's place for four nights over Spring Break. The whole experience was very positive, from initial contact with Monica, to seeing the place for the first time late Friday night, to departure on Tuesday morning. The spring skiing was great with our five kids. We loved the convenient location, being close to the two resorts and a miriad of restaurants. We felt right at home and attention had been paid to the smallest details.

The house seemed great from what I read online and the owners Monica and Judd were very helpful, but I always wonder until I see a place in person. Upon entering, my family was very happy. The house was perfect. It was a great place for cooking and entertaining as well as for relaxing. 8-10 inches of fresh powder on New Years day made it even more worthwhile. Also, we were also just minutes away from great food in Minturn (at the "Country Club") and Beaver Creek and our daily jaunt to Vail was fast as well. Highly recommended.

We had a great time staying at this unit. It is beautifully furnished and in a great location. The owners are nice people and very trustworthy. I am a regular visitor to Vail and will definitely return to this vacation rental.

This is a beautiful home well kept and everything you need is there. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after the day of sking. The owners are great to work with. When returning to Vail we will definitly contact them again
