This 3 story, 4 bedroom home overlooks the San Pedrito surf break, one of the best surf spots in southern Baja. The house has a custom vallarta style palapa roof and roughly 4000 sq. of living space. It also hosts spectacular ocean views from three of the four bedrooms. Each bedroom has custom wall to wall carpeting and roman blinds. There is a spiral staircase leading to the 4th bedroom with sweeping views of the beach as well as the mountains.
The kitchen has custom cabinets and authentic mexican tile. Everything you need is available for your culinery needs, 6 burner stove/oven, cuisinart coffee maker, elec hot/cold water cooler,juicer, blender, all utencils and some spices. If a chef is needed, we can supply that also.
The property is very private and is surrounded by a rock privacy wall. We have just added a large 20'x 30' palapa to the house for outside dining or just hanging with your friends and family.
Lay back in a hammock between the palms and read a book or just unwind after a long day at our beach that stretches for over two miles. Enjoy the best sunsets right here in your front yard. And if you visit us from November through March, you can lay in bed and watch the whales play close tot shore with their young.
Go to bed listening to the waves break on the beach and awake to the many singing birds who call our home their own.
If the house is a bit bigger than you need, or if you need more room, check out our casitas at Las Palmas Tropicales located in the adjacent property. We have five different, very nicely decorated suites to choose from. Some with full kitchens and ocean views.
So whether your planning a family reunion or something smaller we have the ability to accomodate a wide variety. Just let us know your needs and we will do our best to make your vacation all you hope it to be.

Had a fantastic time! Warm sun, friendly people and fantastic surf. The home is perfect. Each morning, check the surf from the bedroom window, then after a fantastic session, breakfast on patio watching others surf. It does not get any better than that. Pescadero is a great spot, very quite, but a quick trip to Todos Santos to check out shops and restaurants. Thank you Wendy and Bobby for an amazing trip! Just returned a couple weeks ago from our wonderful vacation in Baja. This home is everything it claims to be and more. The owner's, Wendy and Bobby made us feel right at home as soon as we met them. The kitchen and family room are ideal for family and friends looking for a comfortable place to cook up great meals and gather together. The master bedroom is truly the best room I have ever stayed in. It is very large, beautifully decorated and the oceanfront views are stunning. It is also a great place to watch the sunset. It would be very tempting to stay here all day...just looking out at the ocean and reading a good book. You will fall asleep to the sound of the surf--it's magical. When you do not feel like cooking at home, I would recommend a short drive to Marlins in El Pescadero--excellent food and charming people. I definitely recommend this home. We had a perfect vacation here. You will not be disappointed.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The reason for our stay at Bobby & Wendy's "compound" was a wedding celebration & ceremony. Our daughter chose this location to get married on the beach, at sunset. We traveled many miles to converge on this spot. There were about 40 of us, so we took over the whole compound, including the casitas. We had such a good time, and Wendy & Bobby were such troopers. They catered to our every whim and desire. Everything was clean & fresh... they saw to it that we were comfortable! We had a great time exploring the local towns and eating at some really good restaurants ... Migels (sp) was especially good. Whether you are just looking for a good, affordable vacation spot, or a destination for an occasion, this is a definite place to consider!!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Having visited this area 4 times in the last 4 years I am happy to report this great find. This place is right on the beach, family friendly, in a safe and private compound and run by the most generous and honest folks in the entire area. Your hosts have raised their family in this area and are very knowledgable. The accomadations are very clean and private. Right on the beach. Thank you for your hospitality. My family and I recently stayed at the big house at Las Palmas Tropicales. Our family had the best vacation together. We were pleased that in just minutes away there were great restaurants and beaches to get the local flavor. We had fun making homemade meals, sunsets on the beach, bonfires and just all those wonderful things you can afford to do when life is at a slower beat and paradise is all around you. The accommodations were perfect, the scenery was perfect, the weather was perfect, the - well - it was PERFECTION! Thank you Wendy & Bobby for accommodating all of our needs, big and small, giving us a memorable and great vacation.
