Luxury condominium living at one of Florida's finest resort. This private, gated community of Avalon is inside Pelican Bay in Naples. Our condominium is 1,850 square feet, two stories and overlooking a lake. We have bikes available in the garage, and we are less than 10 minutes walking distance from the beach (A Tram is available to the beach as well!)
The amenities in Pelican Bay are endless. We are within minutes to fine dining, as well as fine shopping. There are four parks and nature trails within the Community, and access to over three miles of North and South Beach. Beach side pavilions are available, and provide food and beverage service, deck areas, restrooms with showers and dressing areas.
Pelican Bay Beach is bordered on the South by Clam Pass and the Ritz Carlton Hotel to the North. There is also a 27-hole golf course and 18 tennis courts.
The Pelican Bay Community is located west of US 41 in Naples, Florida. Naples is approximately 30 miles south of Fort Myers and 26 miles north of Marco Island. Interstate 75 is 10 minutes to the east and the Southwest Florida International Airport is a 40 minute drive to the North.
