From Living Room to Front Door - Venice, Florida Vacation Rental This two year old 1500 sq. ft. ground floor condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms plus den all fully furnished with new furniture. There is a laundry room within the condo and a one car garage and one outside parking spot in front of unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed, two large nightstands, a large dresser and mirror, a chair and a large walk in closet. The en suite master bath has a roman style shower and two sinks. The guest room has two twin beds, a nightstand, dresser with mirror and a large closet. The guest bath has tub with shower. All linens and towels are included. The living room has a leather loveseat and sofa, two end tables and coffee table, cable TV with DVD/VCR, and a CD/stereo. The den has a second cable TV. In the kitchen there is a wall of cabinets, and all new appliances; microwave, flat top stove with self cleaning oven, dishwasher and side by side refrigerator with ice/water in door. It is fully complete with dishes, flatware, cooking utensils - even wineglasses and a corkscrew. There is a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, large work sink, cabinets and storage closet. This condo is on a golf course and there are several others within a ten minute drive. Tennis courts are four blocks away. There is a heated pool a few feet from the door. Both Venice and Nokomis Beaches are less than five miles away. Downtown Venice has a variety of dining spots, antique shops, boutiques, the Art and Community Centers. Search for shark's teeth at Casperson Beach. And if you can tear yourself from Venice, we are 15 miles from Sarasota, the cultural capital of Florida. There you'll find the Ringling Museum, Circus Museum, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, numerous theaters, shopping venues galore - including the world famous St. Armond's Circle - just to name a few things. We are also about 50 miles from Tampa and more fine theatres, museums and, of course, Busch Gardens. About 50 miles south you have Ft. Myers/Ft. Myers Beach, famous for Thomas Edison's Home and Lab. Venice is convenient to the Ft. Myers, Sarasota and Tampa Airports.
