Relax in the living room where you will enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean. The living room is furnished with comfortable furniture and a private balcony that has a panoramic view of the ocean. There is a color TV in the living room with cable and VCR/DVD capability.
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, glass top range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and cabinets for plenty of storage. Cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, bake ware, and cooking utensils.
Guests in the master bedroom will sleep comfortably in a queen bed with a view of the ocean. Awaken to the site of the sun rising over the ocean. Amenities include a color TV with cable, private bathroom with an easily accessible shower, dresser drawers, and closet space.
Just down the hall, a second bedroom also has a queen bed, dresser drawers, closet space, and bathroom right next door. Condo also offers a washer/dryer, private pool, covered parking, and elevator.

- Oceanfront : Our condo is about 50-100 yards from the water. Our view is completely unobstructed. The only thing between us and the beach is A1A. A1A is not visable from the 4th floor den in our condo; a beautiful view of the ocean is all you can see.

Great location, beautiful condo, wonderful ocean views! Well kept condo, very comforable and convenient to everything. Our home away from home! Try Betty's A1A Cafe...a very short drive (or walk) from the condo. Relax and enjoy your stay!

The condo is very relaxing. Just far away from the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach, and just a short drive from everything. The surf fishing is good right in front of the condo. Try Snack Jack's Shack 4 miles to the North for some GREAT SEAFOOD and that old Florida feel.
