The location is right in between Playa Grande and Playa Tamarindo just 10 minutes either way. This rental home is below market! We understand that there is a recession going on and the house is paid for so you save. Costa Rica should not be an expensive place to visit and we DO NOT charge extra on Holidays. It is a beautiful home and we know you will enjoy it. All activities, entertainment, stores and food markets are nearby from this home.
The entire property is surrounded by walls so if you have a pet, no problem.

The house was built to our specs and we are the first and only owners. We did not want to sell the house so we do vacation rentals. Plain and simple, it is home away from home and even better because everything is local and we have the best weather and greenery in the world.
