Mian Living Area - Hot Springs Vacation Condo Fully designer furnished waterfront condo on beautiful Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs, Arkansas. Ground level unit 3 bedroom, 3 full baths, 2 living areas, large kitchen and dining, utility room with washer and dryer and one car garage. Oversized private balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton, just a few steps from the waters edge. Open floor plan. Main Living area has 42" flat screen TV and French doors that open out to the balcony overlooking the lake. Open kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar and all appliances. Master Suite has a king bed, private living area with flat screen TV, walkout to the waterfront and large private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. One of the other bedrooms has a king bed and the other a queen bed, they both have baths, one is located on the lakeside with doors opening to the balcony overlooking the lake. The development is gated and has a large swimming pool, pool house and boardwalk along the waterfront.
