The listing description was accurate, home has all of the amenities and is very lovely, comfortable and great for hosting family. Home was clean and well maintained, owner helpful in answering questions and I would recommend this rental in a heartbeat - beds are very comfortable - everything you need is right there, even things like cooking spices. Very close to OU and easy to find from I 35. The only question I wished I would have asked (and its late fall) was there is a very nice fire pit and grill out back - we wanted to grill but couldn't figure out how to fire it up. It was late in our stay and we just cooked indoors instead. I would have asked the owner about that if I planned to cook out.

The house was perfect for the University of Oklahoma football game that we attended. 4 bedrooms and great kitchen so you could cook and enjoy the freedom of moving at your own pace. Cable tv and a nice yard with a sweet grill as well. Five minute drive to the University of OK. I would recommend this house for anyone. The owner was very easy to deal with and very nice as well.

What a great rental in a nice quiet neighborhood! We loved the outdoor fireplace and gas grill and the interior decor was lovely. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were VERY comfortable. This is a great option for family visits to Norman!

Very well equipped kitchen. Easily fixed big breakfasts with no problem. Very roomy. Slept 8 easily for Big 12 tourney. Big, fenced back yard was secure and perfect for our dogs. Highly recommended if you have a big group. Nice flat screen TV, but could use another for video games.
