What a great Town House and vacation! Road the bikes (4) almost every day on the boardwalk. We visited Sea World, The Dan Deigo Zoo and Belmont Park along with the beach and a drive up the coast. We ended up having more family stay with us than originally planned and the house worked out great. Great family vacation!

We had an awesome time in San Diego - thanks, in part, to this house. Steps from the beach; many restaurants within walking distance; grocery and pharmacy half a mile away; home stocked up with beach towels, and coffee, sugar etc.. - all at a very reasonable price. What more could anybody ask for! Plus there was fruit, candy, and small kids toys waiting for us when we arrived. Wish you had more properties around the country, Rowena - would love to have more such pleasant experiences.

Rowena's hospitality is only surpassed by her thoroughness and professionalism. The Missouri Street unit is perfectly located, perfectly laid out, and came complete with every thing we needed for our extended stay. The only surprises we experienced were how well supplied and equiped the unit was. The two master suites provides privacy. The washer, dryer and very well stocked kitchen feels more like home than a vacation rental. When we return to Pacific Beach, and we will, we will try to secure this Missouri Street unit once again.

We had a great stay in San Diego at the Missouri Townhouse. My familiy is still very impressed that all the things were going so wonderful. The service was perfect, the house was like a home for us ! It’s very good to have the internet services (easy to communicate during the time). Having those beachbikes for all of us 4 was just wonderful, because the house has a great location (to the beach, to Belmont park and mission bay, to the stores and so on) and its so easy to go by bike. Great House, Perfect Location, Amazing Holiday

Myself and 4 friends stayed for 4 days here and had a brilliant time. After the madness of Vegas we wanted somewhere we could relax and enjoy a more chilled few days without being bored and all boxes were ticked here. A quiet side road no more than 2 minutes walk to the beach yet 5-10 minutes from some great bars and restaurants for when we wanted a night out. The BBQ and terrace was a great touch as was the well stocked kitchen meaning we could have great food in bought from the local shops. The whole house was spotless on arrival and in excellent condition, it really was as good as taking your own home with you. Rowena was a great host who kept in touch from booking until arrival and even checked in after we left to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Living in the UK, San Diego isnt going to be a regular place to visit but if I ever do I would happily stay here or speak to Rowena to find me somewhere suitable. Hope this review helps you choose the right place to stay we looked at about 12 options before deciding on here and so pleased we did. Enjoy...

We loved this place! Seven of us gathered from all over the US to enjoy 5 days in the San Diego area. The sleeping rooms/bathrooms were fine for that many folks. We used the grill, enjoyed walking to the beach area multiple times, and the easy car parks are great also. If its available for your visit be sure to rent it!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Rowena's townhouse on Pacific Beach! First of all, booking with Rowena was very convenient and easy. We appreciated her prompt reply's to our emails and being able to book on line and with a fax made it stress free! Upon arrival, we were greeted with a delicious fruit basket and beach toys for our kids. The townhouse was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a great vacation. We enjoyed using the boogie boards, beach bikes, umbrellas and beach chairs. Beach towels were even supplied which made packing much easier! We enjoyed cooking in the beautiful kitchen and used the grill on the patio. Eating outside on the picnic table was a treat each morning! I really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the townhouse. The location was perfect! We were only a block from Pacific Beach and far enough away from the busiest streets to enjoy quiet evenings but close enough to bike to all the shopping and restaurants. Rowena was wonderful to rent from and was available if we needed anything! I recommend this townhouse to anyone and actually already have to a lady on the plane home! Thanks Rowena! Thanks a lot! Went to the beach a bunch. Favorite spots were Cafe 976 for coffee/breakfast, Green Flash for lunch and using the house and BBQ for dinner. Great location! Beautiful bedrooms with lots of space upstairs. Thanks!

This was a great place to stay- close to everything, beach, food etc. The house had everything one could want for...from the beach toys, bikes, kitchen appliances. Your beds are like the beds at the Sheraton - "Heavenly" Thanks again!

Amazing, Fabulous, wonderful!! 6 of us girls came here to have our college reunion. the house was absolutely perfect and we love all of the extra beach perks.
