We all loved the cabin. The deck is nice and it was wonderful not having TV. We played games & read. We took Phantom canyon road on our way down to the Royal Gorge. It was a dirt road winding through the mountains. At times the road was narrow, curvy & no gaurd rails but it was awesome!!! We drove a Toyota Sequoia so I think just about anything could fit on the road. Just be careful!

Loved the comfy beds, nice deck. We felt at home. We enjoyed watching the neighborhood deer & listening to the birds. We had a great time- whitewater rafting, Pikes Peak, Cripple Creek mine & Florissant National Monument. The cabin was perfect for us.

My family of five had a great time on our vacation to Colorado! My husband loved grilling on the back deck while deer walked up to us. The weather was great and it was so peaceful at the cabin. We went into Colorado Springs every day. The short 45 minute drive was beautiful, love the mountains. The owner answered my call on a Saturday night. The only things that were missing were a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. I'm spoiled by my dishwasher at home, so the last thing I wanted to do on vacation was handwash dishes. There were only seven towels for the five of us for the week, so we had to be very vigilant on using the same towel. There was little to no cell service all week, which was clearly stated on our rental contract. It was kinda nice to get away from it all. The cabin was great and everything the listing said it would be! We loved Colorado Springs. Such a great area with so much to do!
