Our FOURTH FLOOR,3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom, DIRECT OCEANFRONT, with it's million dollar views has been TOTALLY RENOVATED for your enjoyment. If you know HILTON HEAD you know that this location is walking distance to shopping, tennis, restaurants, theatre, night life and more.
Our unit boasts 3 OCEANFRONT BALCONIES, one large balcony off the living room and two more attached to the 2 oceanfront bedrooms. Each bedroom has a private bath. The oceanfront master has a KING BED and the other oceanfront has 2 DOUBLE BEDS. The 3rd bedroom is a great hang out for kids with a bunk bed that is a double bed on the bottom and a twin on top, plus a double sized sleeper sofa, with TV and DVD player. ALL bedrooms have TV's, and if you want to stay in and rent movies you will be able to enjoy them on our 55 inch LCD flat screen TV. You will also enjoy cooking in our totally REMODELED KITCHEN with GRANITE COUNTER TOPS, NEW APPLIANCES, NEW CABINETS, and all the cookware and utensils you need.

Year Purchased: 1998
Bonnie and I live on a beautiful lake in northern Michigan in the summers. We spend our winters in our Villa on Hilton Head. Bonnie is a graduate of Michigan State University and I am an alumnus of the University of Michigan. We were small business owners until we sold our company a couple of years ago and retired. Now we look after our investments and each serve on a couple of boards of directors to keep us busy. We are both avid exercisers and have completed over a dozen marathons.

Why the Owner Chose Ocean One
We chose Hilton Head after looking at several vacation spots from Florida to Wrightsville Beach in North Carolina. We love the feel of Hilton Head with it's understated qualities. The beach and the bike trails are absolutely the best venue for running and excercising. There is no better place in the world. We also love the proximity of Ocean One to Coligny Center. There are grocery stores, restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, and shopping within walking distance. People we meet are friendly and nice. How could we not choose Hilton Head, and expecially Ocean One, as the place we would purchase our vacation home.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
Because we stay in our villa over the winter, it is stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances from an electric grill to a bread maker and all the necessary pots and pans. The location is excellent because of the proximity to both Coligny and Sea Pines. Of course, we are also right on the beach, which is important both to be on the beach and to look at the views from our windows.

We had a great summer week at Ocean One! The condo was very nice and very spacious; we spent a lot of time on the balcony, too...loved watching the bunnies in the mornings and evenings! Being this near Coligny is really wonderful, especially if you have older kids who like to explore a bit on their own.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
