  The condo is great, the view spectacular. We stayed for the month of February. It was great to escape the snow. We had a number of guests come at different times during the month. All enjoyed the condo and the view. The 3 bedrooms and 3 baths allow for plenty of privacy. The condo is well stocked with everything you will need and it is conveniently located to restaurants, all types shopping, entertainment and golf. Owners are very responsive to any requests. They were very easy to work with.

  Just read the previous review, so don't want to repeat, and wholeheartedly agree. We are a combined family of 9, 80's down to teens, that enjoyed our vacation in this condo. Since my elderly mom went along with us, we cooked quite a bit. Have to say that the owners have provided quality cookware! The kitchen was well-stocked....even trash bags, coffee liners, dishwasher tabs,etc, so you didn't have to immediately run out to buy those items. The pillow top mattresses!....were heavenly! Some of the "little" touches made it easy, like the little basket on the kitchen countertop with the wristbands for the pool, the teddybear with trash key....all in a convenient and accessable place to pick up and drop off. The front balcony had a beautiful view and was large enough for all of us, yet if we just wanted to have some privacy, the little side balcony off the master bedroom was a nice little haven. The owners are very easy to work with. We had a BLAST and will definitely come back again! THANK YOU!!

  We have stayed at the Sea watch several times, but never rented from an owner before. The pictures and description accurately describe the unit and the property. We rented the condo for 6 and only had 4 but the condo would have been comfortable for more. The unit is well equipped and maintained. The door has a combination lock which is nice not to have keys, but be aware you must push the center button to lock the door when leaving. The unit sold from when we reserved until we arrived and the transition was seemless and the new owners were as pleasant to deal with as the old. If you park on the top floor of the parking ramp, you can walk in to the unit and skip the elevators as well as the checkin desk. A great feature on checkin/out days. There are only three ice machines in the resport and one is on the same floor as the unit. (There is one in the fridge too!) The views from the balcony are good. The front has an incredible beach view and the side patio looks at a higher end camp ground that does not detract from the unit or the resort. The beach is nice, but crowded during high tide. The included beach chairs made the crowded times confortable as you have reserved space. Place stuff in front of the chairs as people will get close if you don't. There is a Walmart Supercenter, Tanger Outlet Mall, Golf Course and several restaraunts (Including Restaraunt Row)within less than a mile. The washer and dryer in the unit are very convenient and there are hair dryers in each bathroom although not listed in the amenities. I would rent this unit again and would recommend it to friends and family.

  We just returned from a fantastic vacation and we loved this condo. The condo was very spacious and easily accomodated 6 adults and 3 kids (all under 3). We loved that the living room/dining area was carpet because the babies spent a lot of time crawling around on there and if they fell they had softer landings than the tile. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms weren't huge but we all had plenty of room in them and the beds were very comfortable. The view was wonderful and the large balcony was great and we could all sit out there together if we wanted. The pools and hot tubs were nice, unfortunately the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for repairs while we were there. With a few rainy days it would've been nice if it was open but we made due and definitely took advantage of the outdoor pools when the weather was nice. I would definitely book this room again if we come back to Myrtle Beach. We had a great vacation!

  Great condo with very well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for my husband and I along with 3 teenagers. Nice pool and beach access with stairs right next to entry to condo that leads directly to pools. Loved the end unit with gorgeous views. Parking was also very convenient on same level.

  We had a great trip to Myrtle Beach this summer! This condo is very nicely decorated and in good condition. The view is great, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the parking is very convenient. The location is great. The staff was very helpful. There was a DJ and family-friendly activities by the pool on a couple of afternoons. We especially loved having the umbrella and chairs on the beach that were included in the rental for the week. It was really nice to be able to walk right down to the beach and not have to carry a lot of gear with us! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at Myrtle Beach, and we would love to stay again in the future.

  What a fantastic vacation! The condo was just as we remembered it. It is so nice to step out onto the beach. Two balconies made the evenings enjoyable. The condo was very clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it!

  We had a very enjoyable week at the Seawatch plantation, Location was great, especially being on the third floor, three baths, two balconies oceanside, the ameninities it was just wonderful, my wife and family enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks for the hospitality! Sincerely.

  Our family stayed in this condo the first week of June 2011 and had a wonderful time. The unit was spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were much softer than what I have at home! We loved the large balcony. The ages of our group spanned from 4 to 85 and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. The previous year we had stayed on the penthouse floor, but our family decided we preferred the 3rd floor. I could run up and down the stairs and the parking was so convenient. The owner was so nice and we simply had a great experience. This will be the unit we will stay in whenever we return to Myrtle Beach. That's a guarantee.

  The condo overall was very nice. Large with lots of space. Beds are fine. Ocean views are amazing with two balconies. Nice eating area with additional seating at breakfast bar. Parking is very close and on the same level (3rd floor). Pools are nice and beach is very close, and is nice and flat for walking. Condo is within 10 miles of just about all attractions and shopping. TV in every room is a bonus. Overall would stay again (not in March however) and would recommend to others.
