This is a very deluxe resort. Our unit is oceanfront on the 3rd floor. This is the Only 3 bedroom/3bathroom unit on the 3rd floor in the North Tower.
The master bedroom boasts a large king-sized bed with new pillow top mattress, TV, and private bathroom. Kids or adults will enjoy the large, second bedroom with two double beds, also with new pillow top mattresses, and a TV and VCR. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, TV and DVD player. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, enabling the unit to sleep up to 10 people. The large fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and a blender for frozen tropical drinks!
The pictures advertised were taken in April 2008. So this unit is always kept up to date. We will be adding Flat Screen TV's in June 2008.
This is the perfect location as you will never need to wait on elevators. The stairs are right beside our unit for a quick trip to the beach or pool. The parking garage is 3 levels high so you can walk right down to the unit and never have to wait! Parking is never a problem at Sea Watch.
Enjoy hours of fun in any of the 5 Outdoor Pools, 2 Lazy Rivers, 10 Outdoor Hot tubs, 2 Indoor Pools and 2 Indoor Hot Tubs.
You can head to the beach just footsteps away; shop to your heart’s content at Tanger’s outlet, Broadway at the Beach, or Barefoot Landing or simply stay at the Resort with it's many amenities. Float in one of two lazy rivers, enjoy a swim in one of two large outdoor pools, relax in one of the eight pool side heated Jacuzzis, or just lounge by poolside with the Tiki-Bar waiting to serve you your favorite cool beverage. Having worked up an appetite, you can head to the Captain Cove’s on-site restaurant for a delicious meal while viewing the magnificent view of the ocean. You can also visit the many restaurants and cuisines lining Restaurant Row just minutes away.
Even when the sun goes down, the night life heats up at the beach. Visit popular Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach with such clubs as Crocodile Rocks Piano Bar, Revolutions, Malibu’s Surf Bar, Senior Frogs, Fat Tuesday’s and more. You can also visit Club Kryptonite, House of Blues, or 2001 Club a dance club with three dance floors and a live band just one mile away from the Resort.
The much-anticipated 140-acre Hard Rock theme park is NOW OPEN! This $400 million theme park boasts 40 attractions, roller coasters, children's play areas, retail shops, cafes, restaurants, a multipurpose live music amphitheater, shows, and state-of-the-art sound systems.

The balcony across the front of the unit is 24 feet across with beautiful views of the beach and ocean.
