This is a very deluxe resort. Our unit is oceanfront on the 3rd floor. This is the Only 3 bedroom/3bathroom unit on the 3rd floor in the North Tower.

The master bedroom boasts a large king-sized bed with new pillow top mattress, TV, and private bathroom. Kids or adults will enjoy the large, second bedroom with two double beds, also with new pillow top mattresses, and a TV and VCR. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed, TV and DVD player. In addition, the living room sofa converts to a queen-sized bed, enabling the unit to sleep up to 10 people. The large fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, toaster, and a blender for frozen tropical drinks!

The pictures advertised were taken in April 2008. So this unit is always kept up to date. We added new Flat Screen TV's in June 2008.

This is the perfect location as you will never need to wait on elevators. The stairs are right beside our unit for a quick trip to the beach or pool. The parking garage is 3 levels high so you can walk right down to the unit and never have to wait! Parking is never a problem at Sea Watch.

Enjoy hours of fun in any of the 5 Outdoor Pools, 2 Lazy Rivers, 10 Outdoor Hot tubs, 2 Indoor Pools and 2 Indoor Hot Tubs.
You can head to the beach just footsteps away; shop to your heart’s content at Tanger’s outlet, Broadway at the Beach, or Barefoot Landing or simply stay at the Resort with it's many amenities. Float in one of two lazy rivers, enjoy a swim in one of two large outdoor pools, relax in one of the eight pool side heated Jacuzzis, or just lounge by poolside with the Tiki-Bar waiting to serve you your favorite cool beverage. Having worked up an appetite, you can head to the Captain Cove’s on-site restaurant for a delicious meal while viewing the magnificent view of the ocean. You can also visit the many restaurants and cuisines lining Restaurant Row just minutes away.

Even when the sun goes down, the night life heats up at the beach. Visit popular Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach with such clubs as Crocodile Rocks Piano Bar, Revolutions, Malibu’s Surf Bar, Senior Frogs, Fat Tuesday’s and more. You can also visit Club Kryptonite, House of Blues, or 2001 Club a dance club with three dance floors and a live band just one mile away from the Resort.

  • Great unit directly overlooking the beach as opposed to most units at SeaWatch which overlook the pool. Nicely decorated and everything you need is there. Great location with a lot to do a few minutes away and plenty more only 15 mintues away. You will not find a better owner.

  • All I can say is Awesome. Great location, great views, and great fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, fresh, and had all the amenites of home. We have traveled to Myrtle before and I can say that this was are best stay yet. We will be going back...soon!

  • My family and I have been spending a week in December at Myrtle Beach for over 12 years and this condo is by far the best we've ever stayed in. The condo was extremely clean, well stocked with linens, towel, etc.. What really amazed me was the supply of kitchen pots,pans, baking wear, glasses, crockpot, measuring spoons and cups, and all kinds of other stuff. The view from the condo and balacony was wonderful and the condo was very private and quiet. We hopefully be back again next year and will recommend this condo to everyone. Deneen, the owner, even called us the day we arrived to make sure everything was fine. Thanks, Deneen!

  • Deneen and Monty, Thanks for upgrading us from your 2 bedroom unit to the 3 bedroom to accommodate our daughter and family. We loved the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor and the parking being so accessible. We never felt cramped or in each others way and the unit was very equipped, even beyond what we expected. We would certainly stay in one of your units again and recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us. It's a trip we'll always remember, being a true family vacation, with our son and his family who also stayed at Sea Watch in another unit on their time share points :)

  • This 3 bedroom condo was absolutely wonderful! It was spacious and easily accessible. The parking garage upper level was on the same floor as the condo, so going out to the car and going somewhere took seconds instead of hours. I also loved having a bedroom balcony as well as a living room balcony. It was wonderful!!!

  • We have been enjoying the unit (314) for several years and find it suits our needs very well. Location, spaciouness cannot be beat. This year we felt the cleaning service was excellent. We were very pleased with condition of the condo upon arrival. We felt it was a definite improvement over the last couple of years. We would recomment to anyone. P.S. thanks for the excellent weather. It has always been great but this year it was picture perfect.......

  • Perfect. It was just perfect for us. It was very convenient - the parking deck has three floors so you don't ever have to go to the lobby. The room is close to the elevators and right next to the stairs - both are easy access to the pools. The balcony is very spacious. We loved the umbrella and chairs at the beach. As for the resort, it is conveniently located near a Wal-mart and many stores. Also, it is nicely situated between Mrytle Beach and North Myrtle Beach so everything is within easy driving distance. The beach, pools, hot tubs were all great! However, I do agree that the unit needs a good cleaning and a few touch ups. The kitchen was smaller than I thought it would be, but the bedrooms were bigger. The living room and dining room were a perfect size for us. We had 8 adults and 2 small children and we still had room. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.
