We just returned from a fantastic vacation and we loved this condo. The condo was very spacious and easily accomodated 6 adults and 3 kids (all under 3). We loved that the living room/dining area was carpet because the babies spent a lot of time crawling around on there and if they fell they had softer landings than the tile. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms weren't huge but we all had plenty of room in them and the beds were very comfortable. The view was wonderful and the large balcony was great and we could all sit out there together if we wanted. The pools and hot tubs were nice, unfortunately the indoor pool and hot tub were closed for repairs while we were there. With a few rainy days it would've been nice if it was open but we made due and definitely took advantage of the outdoor pools when the weather was nice. I would definitely book this room again if we come back to Myrtle Beach. We had a great vacation!

Great condo with very well stocked kitchen, plenty of space for my husband and I along with 3 teenagers. Nice pool and beach access with stairs right next to entry to condo that leads directly to pools. Loved the end unit with gorgeous views. Parking was also very convenient on same level.

What a fantastic vacation! The condo was just as we remembered it. It is so nice to step out onto the beach. Two balconies made the evenings enjoyable. The condo was very clean, and well maintained. I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great trip to Myrtle Beach this summer! This condo is very nicely decorated and in good condition. The view is great, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the parking is very convenient. The location is great. The staff was very helpful. There was a DJ and family-friendly activities by the pool on a couple of afternoons. We especially loved having the umbrella and chairs on the beach that were included in the rental for the week. It was really nice to be able to walk right down to the beach and not have to carry a lot of gear with us! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice place to stay at Myrtle Beach, and we would love to stay again in the future.

We had a very enjoyable week at the Seawatch plantation, Location was great, especially being on the third floor, three baths, two balconies oceanside, the ameninities it was just wonderful, my wife and family enjoyed our stay immensely. Thanks for the hospitality! Sincerely.

Our family stayed in this condo the first week of June 2011 and had a wonderful time. The unit was spotlessly clean. The beds were so comfortable and the sheets were much softer than what I have at home! We loved the large balcony. The ages of our group spanned from 4 to 85 and there was plenty of room and privacy for all. The previous year we had stayed on the penthouse floor, but our family decided we preferred the 3rd floor. I could run up and down the stairs and the parking was so convenient. The owner was so nice and we simply had a great experience. This will be the unit we will stay in whenever we return to Myrtle Beach. That's a guarantee.

Fantastic View!

This condo has the best unobstructed ocean front views of any condo we have ever stayed in! The living room/dining room/kitchen great room was spacious and a great place for us all to hang out. Beds were so comfortable. All three bedrooms are masters (two with step-in showers). One really nice thing was all the extra supplies that were in the condo--clothes washing detergent and softener sheets, full bars of soap, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, cooking spray..... Etc. Be sure to check out the calendar for the resort because we took part in kite-flying and water aerobics --for free! Lots of other activities too--esp for kids.

The condo overall was very nice. Large with lots of space. Beds are fine. Ocean views are amazing with two balconies. Nice eating area with additional seating at breakfast bar. Parking is very close and on the same level (3rd floor). Pools are nice and beach is very close, and is nice and flat for walking. Condo is within 10 miles of just about all attractions and shopping. TV in every room is a bonus. Overall would stay again (not in March however) and would recommend to others.

The condo met all our expectations! The updates to the condo was definately an asset! It was exceptionally clean and we had lots of room for the six of us! The view was awesome and the facilities were good to keep the kids occupied. Would definitely recommend this property for your vacation.

Thanks for allowing us to use your beautiful condo at Sea Watch. We were able to enjoy our vacation with friends and family that were booked here through Wyndham. Hope to do it again sometime in the future. The teens were comfortable in their room and were very happy to have their own television. Plenty of room to invite everyone over for dinner.

This was our family's first trip to Myrtle Beach, and we loved it. The condo was all we expected, and more. It was clean, bright, and cheerful. The location is good - very close to restaurants, shopping, and family attractions. We plan to stay again!

This condo is everything that is listed above and more. The location of the condo within the resort was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, roomy, and had fantastic views. For those who want to venture outside of the resort you are just minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment. We highly recommend this property!

Me and my friends have used this particular condo for two years now and it is truly like a chunk of Heaven on Earth...we absolutely love it and have never been disappointed in our stay. Looking forward to being there again in October of 2010. Owners are great to deal with.

Our first time ever at Myrtle Beach and we couldn't have asked for more! The 3 bedroom/3 bath unit had plenty of room for everyone and the views were spectacular!! Great location, great complex. My family has been renting from this owner whenever we go to Myrtle Beach for several years. You will not find a better owner. This was our first time in this unit and we loved it. The balcony sits right on the beach as opposed to a lot of units which overlook the pool area with the beach in the background. We had everything we needed in the unit. Clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable.

Great unit directly overlooking the beach as opposed to most units at SeaWatch which overlook the pool. Nicely decorated and everything you need is there. Great location with a lot to do a few minutes away and plenty more only 15 mintues away. You will not find a better owner.

All I can say is Awesome. Great location, great views, and great fun. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, fresh, and had all the amenites of home. We have traveled to Myrtle before and I can say that this was are best stay yet. We will be going back...soon!

My family and I have been spending a week in December at Myrtle Beach for over 12 years and this condo is by far the best we've ever stayed in. The condo was extremely clean, well stocked with linens, towel, etc.. What really amazed me was the supply of kitchen pots,pans, baking wear, glasses, crockpot, measuring spoons and cups, and all kinds of other stuff. The view from the condo and balacony was wonderful and the condo was very private and quiet. We hopefully be back again next year and will recommend this condo to everyone. Deneen, the owner, even called us the day we arrived to make sure everything was fine. Thanks, Deneen!

Deneen and Monty, Thanks for upgrading us from your 2 bedroom unit to the 3 bedroom to accommodate our daughter and family. We loved the unobstructed view from the 3rd floor and the parking being so accessible. We never felt cramped or in each others way and the unit was very equipped, even beyond what we expected. We would certainly stay in one of your units again and recommend it to anyone visiting Myrtle Beach. Thanks for sharing your "home" with us. It's a trip we'll always remember, being a true family vacation, with our son and his family who also stayed at Sea Watch in another unit on their time share points :)

This 3 bedroom condo was absolutely wonderful! It was spacious and easily accessible. The parking garage upper level was on the same floor as the condo, so going out to the car and going somewhere took seconds instead of hours. I also loved having a bedroom balcony as well as a living room balcony. It was wonderful!!!

We have been enjoying the unit (314) for several years and find it suits our needs very well. Location, spaciouness cannot be beat. This year we felt the cleaning service was excellent. We were very pleased with condition of the condo upon arrival. We felt it was a definite improvement over the last couple of years. We would recomment to anyone. P.S. thanks for the excellent weather. It has always been great but this year it was picture perfect.......

Perfect. It was just perfect for us. It was very convenient - the parking deck has three floors so you don't ever have to go to the lobby. The room is close to the elevators and right next to the stairs - both are easy access to the pools. The balcony is very spacious. We loved the umbrella and chairs at the beach. As for the resort, it is conveniently located near a Wal-mart and many stores. Also, it is nicely situated between Mrytle Beach and North Myrtle Beach so everything is within easy driving distance. The beach, pools, hot tubs were all great! However, I do agree that the unit needs a good cleaning and a few touch ups. The kitchen was smaller than I thought it would be, but the bedrooms were bigger. The living room and dining room were a perfect size for us. We had 8 adults and 2 small children and we still had room. Overall, I would definitely recommend it.

We had a great time at sea watch. We have 3 children and went with another family with 2 children. Wonderful to have a full kitchen. No pantry but was plenty of counter space to store items. Stacked washer and dryer was essential with coming and going from the beach and wet sandy towels and a lot of other places do not have that. We all loved that the beach was plentiful with shells for everyone to collect. It was spring break and still cool but were able to enjoy several days on the beach. Water was icy but did not stop the kids from going in. The condo was very homey and overall clean but would recommend a deep cleaning (kitchen drawers, cabinets, laundry area, phone and tables a little sticky).

We had a great week in the condo. Two families shared the unit. Kids slept in room with two doubles. Loved Nascar and Magiquest. Loved the hot tubs and swimming pools. Hope we can stay here again. The Thurstons and the Guenthers
