This cozy, private, third-floor condominium has a real mountain feel. Surrounded by trees and overlooking the Fraser River, wilderness abounds. A stocked fishing pond is a stone's throw away and it is not unusual to catch a glimpse of a moose.
This condominium features a rock fireplace, full kitchen, and comfortable furniture. Just steps away is the recreation center which has an indoor pool, four hot tubs, massage room, laundry, and game room (FREE of charge to renters). Just outside your door, catch the ski shuttle which runs every 15 minutes to the ski area two miles away.
A two-minute walk away is Hernandos famous pizza, a bakery and coffee house, the cinema, convenience store, and movie rentals. One block away is the main core of town, the city park, and the Fraser River hiking/biking trail.
You will not have to worry about entertaining the kids. Just send them over to the recreation center for swimming, video games, air hockey, and pool tables. In the summer, they can play volleyball, horseshoes, fish in a stocked pond, and play on the jungle gym (all on the property). The property is designed to accommodate larger groups and family reunions.

Condition of the unit was average. Unit was clean with fresh linens and towels. However the unit could use a facelift with new bedding, carpet cleaning or replacement, updated shower enclosure, working hair dryer, etc. Although we stayed during peak holiday season, rate was high based on dated condition of the unit. Location to town of Winter Park is great. One of the perks of this property.

Great place to stay, very clean, exactly as portrayed. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. I recommend this condo for anyone wanting to have a great time at Winter Park. Ski Shuttle was very convenient, but you do need your own transportation to town and restaurants. Less crowded than other resorts we've been to. Great places to eat and the ski resort is fabulous. Kids enjoyed the tubing hill, just a few miles away. Thanks for a wonderful vacation spot.
