Majestic is majestic! - Panama City Beach Vacation Rental Sonny Mann here. I’m here at Majestic Beach Resort & Towers checking out this unit 204. 2nd floor. That’s important. Closer to steppin’ on to the beach. And for Sonny Mann, that’s a deal maker. But before we talk about this particular condo, let me give you the 411 on Majestic Beach. First, the beach part. This building sits right up on it. You walk out the door and it’s beach. And when it isn’t beach it’s water. Blue green like you’ve never seen. There’s over 650’ of beach that takes you right up to the water here. That’s over 2 football fields of beach. And if that weren’t enough, there are a bunch of pools here so if you get tired of the beach you can sit by the pool. But that’s not all. This resort’s got so much stuff that you can forget your car for the week. Let me give you the rundown: • There’s 2 large outdoor pools • There’s 2 Indoor heated pools • There’s a wading pool with waterfall • There’s a Martini Bar • And a cool little bistro called H20 Poolside Bar & Grill And if all the sun and fun ain’t enough for you, you’re a hop, skip and a jump from Pier Park, PCB’s million square food shopping experience that’s got everything. There’s retail stores like Target, Penny’s, Dillards. And, cool little beach shops, too. There’s even a Ron Jon Surf shop (Sonny’s favorite) Plus all kinds of restaurants. . .places like Panera Bread, Longhorn. . .there’s even a Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville. And if that weren’t enough there’s a 16 screen movieplex. On Friday’s they’ll have free concerts for the whole family. You can bet you’ll see Sonny there. Majestic’s also located near Frank Brown Park, where a lot of youth sports teams come for tournaments. Once you stay here, Sonny Mann say’s you’ll be coming back. Let me tell you a little about your place. Step on in to the entry and you’ll find all kinds of room to keep your flip flops and beach toys. You’ll also start to get a sense of how this place is organized. Around the view! This is what you get a place like this for. Because in almost every room you got a beach shot. The big sliding glass doors take you right out to the private balcony where you get to see what makes PCB my happy home. It’s that white white sand that looks like sugar that runs up to water so blue it’s green and so green it’s blue. Just set yourself down on the balcony lounges and soak it all in. When you’re done with that, step on back inside and check out the LIVING ROOM. There’s a sofa that’s got a queen sleeper in it and a love seat that gives you plenty of room to relax. You’ve got a 28” TV that’s got all the cable channels you’ll want or you can pop in your favorite DVD while you’re chilllin’. One more cool thing, there’s high speed internet if you want to do a little surfin’ inside when you’re not surfin’ outside. I gotta believe you’re gonna be spending a lot of time on this balcony. Man, what a view! The MASTER BEDROOM got a really comfortable king sized bed and private bath. I’d describe the décor as contemporary beach. A place where you can relax. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious walk-in closets. There’s a TV with dozens of clear channels, and a DVD here as well. You’ll also enjoy the tiled bath with shower and garden tub where you might can relax. But here’s the bonus. You’ve got direct access to the balcony. So, get up and walk out on the balcony and catch the morning first thing. The SECOND MASTER is decorated pretty nicely too. and plenty of space for everything you’ve brought to the beach. It’s got a queen size bed, TV with cable, and a DVD. This is a great little hideaway where you can catch up on your favorite beach book, or just grab an afternoon nap. That’d be Sonny’s choice. There’s also a THIRD BEDROOM with BUNKS that’s a kid friendly suite so that the kids have a little play and sleeping area. The open KITCHEN looks out over the water and has everything you want including something every beach condo should have – a blender. I can hear those pina coladas now. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grill cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. The Kitchen Bar makes it easy for everyone to grab a quick snack or a full meal. The DINING AREA comfortably seats six, and offers beach views so you never forget you’re at the beach. And if you want to wash the sand out of your shorts, there’s a Washer/Dryer right there for you. No toting stuff to a laundry room. These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room allow the unit to sleep 8 comfortably including 2 complete baths. Add 10.6% Florida Tax, and $95 Housekeeping Fee to Rentals Rate.
