Our 2 bedroom two bath villa is located mid-island between Port Royal and Palmetto Dunes. Our seaside villa is beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen, tile and carpet floors and decorative crown molding.
Your family will love our 1st floor villa with stairs off the balcony leading to the beach and pool.
The conveniences of our villa will make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy high speed, wireless internet access, DVD, VCR, stereo system, family games and TV's in each room.
Our master bedroom, with a king size bed has glass doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a double bed and the sofa lets out to double bed.
With the beautiful beach and excellent pool and kiddy pool our villa is a true treasure in this exclusive gated complex. Our guests come back year after year.

I had such a great time at your condo with my friend and our kids. This is truly a perfect place to stay with little ones as the steps lead right to a grassy play area and, of course, the pool. The condo is decorated so beautifully and gives the place a cozy feel, rather than the stark feel of a hotel room. I really appreciated all the effort into making your beach condo a paradise away from home. I will continue to come to your condo again and again. Thank you for a most relaxing, beautiful stay!

Thank you so much for a vacation that truly felt like the beach commercials you watch from home. The close proximity of the pool, grassy area for play, bike trails and of course the beach just a stroll away kept the kids entertained and the adults happy and relaxed. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with many modern touches. And the covered porch with views of the ocean was icing on a cake. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for the whole package, plus affordability. Thank you!

What a wonderful villa. We loved the porch and the view of the vcean and the pool. The steps from the porch made going to the beach easy! The villa was so pretty and we loved the decor. We will be back!!
