Conveniently located off Route 2 with easy access to the city and all of New England, including Cape Ann/North Shore beaches less than an hour away. Walking distance to shopping district and buses (#77 to Harvard Square and #62 to Alewife Station). Free parking, but also easy to get around w/o a car. 5-10 minute drive to Alewife subway station (Red Line).
In Arlington, enjoy Robbins Farm Park (playing fields, playground and breathtaking view of Boston), Minuteman Trail (12 mi. biking/walking path on former railroad track), and shopping/dining in any of the town's 3 business districts. Arlington is known locally for its many restaurants and boasts a beautiful library, as well as historic Revolutionary War sites. Paul Revere rode within 100 yards of our property!
This is a family-friendly apartment, stocked with books and activities for children. Due to the layout, we prefer no children under the age of 5. (If you have children slightly younger, please contact us to discuss). Not recommended for crawling babies and toddlers due to staircases.
Two queen beds, queen sofa bed, and two folding cots allow for many sleeping configurations. No laundry in unit; large laundromat nearby. Sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults plus children. Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
