Normal Cancellation Policy: If you find it necessary to cancel a reservation with at least 30 days notice, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit, or we will be glad to transfer your deposit to another date with no fee. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will result in loss of your deposit. In order to avoid loss of your deposit due to illness, hurricane or other natural disaster, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.

The resort is awesome, the best we've experienced for kids! There is no time for boredom there! Our condo 507W - The owner's were wonderful to deal with, kept us up to date with info leading up to our arrival. Fifth floor is the best, not too high & not too low (especially because of the elevators)...we did see dolphin also!! The condo is very nice and comfortable, however we feel that a couple things need to be fixed/replaced. The locks on the bathroom and bedroom doors don't work, which becomes an issue when sharing the condo with another family with kids. The carpets need cleaned. Otherwise, it was great and would recommend to a friend! If you are thinking about vacationing at Splash or Panama City you must go to Shell Island - absolutely breathtaking! Thank you Dan and wife for opening up your condo for our vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children.

When we first walked in, our immediate response was, "WOW"!!! It was huge! We had lots of room and lots of fun! The owners were very quick to respond when I first send them an inquiry about his unit and then were super nice when booking. I would definitely book again from them and would love staying in this unit again. We did some cooking and there were a couple of things (muffin tin and tube cake pan) that we needed but was not available in this unit. And it was VERY difficult to get ice from the ice maker. The fridge was situated against the wall so you could not open the door all the way to get ice. You can get ice form the fridge door but it is very slow when preparing for 8 people. However, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very roomy and there was lots of space on the balcony to enjoy the view and relax. The keypad entry made it a lot less stressful about not having to keep up with a key. I didn't have to worry about the kids running out in front of a car to cross the street to parking area since there was a skywalk. The pictures definitely do not do it justice. It was really a nice unit! The kids (big and little) really enjoyed the big bucket, pool, lazy river, toddler splash grounds etc! Can you tell I would recommend this place? :) St. Andrews state park is not very far and it is "a must see". (gators, deer, fishing, pier) great photos taken hereRecommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here July 2010 and really enjoyed this beautiful condo. The pictures do not do it justice. The beds were extremely comfortable, had plenty of towels and washclothes. Had plenty of cookware, silverware and dishes. The kids age 5 and 3 enjoyed the lazy river, the waterpark and the pools. The arcade is fun. The riptide bar had some great food and drinks. Beautiful views from the wraparound balcony and plenty of chairs to sit outside. Thank you so much.Recommended for: Families with young children.
