Come enjoy our luxurious, newly remodeled home in the beautiful resort town of Dana Point/Monarch Beach. This 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bath home is light and airy with vaulted ceilings throughout. Enjoy ocean views from bedroom, living room and adjoining patio where you can sit and watch the sun set into the water.
This beautiful appointed home includes travertine flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, beautiful stone and tile showers with clear glass doors and new carpeting in the bedrooms. You will enjoy cooking in our fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen.
Attention has been paid to every detail including soft, plush, linens and towels, beach towels, beach umbrella, two boogie boards and a rolling cooler.
We have worked hard to create a welcoming and memorable vacation experience which is why we have so many return renters.
LOCATION:
The beautiful Strands Beach at Salt Creek Beach Park is across the street from Niguel Beach Terrace, our condominium complex. There is an easy walkway with flat stairs on the north side of the parking area which is kid/old friendly. This area of Dana Point with its prominent coastal bluffs is also known as The Headlands and is part of what is referred to as the "Gold Coast" or "California Riviera". Strands Beach is also used by guests of the Ritz Carlton Hotel, located to the north of the condominium complex approximately 1/4 mile. The beach has picturesque cliffs, rocks to climb on, a pretty cove, and pristine water. You can frequently see dolphins jumping in the ocean as this area is part of their breeding grounds.
PROXIMITY TO ATTRACTIONS:
Just minutes away to the Dana Point Harbor, the Ritz Carlton Hotel,
Marine Institute, Catalina Express, and many shops and restaurants.
Dana Point Harbor features sailing, sport fishing, jet skiing, whale watching, shopping and dining. You can walk into town and stroll along the street by art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Or walk toward the harbor by Cannons and the Chart House restaurants.
10 Min. to Laguna Beach or San Juan Capistrano and the famous San Juan Capistrano Mission, 30 Min. to Legoland, 40 Min. to Disneyland or Knotts Berry Farm, 45 Min. to SeaWorld, 60 Min. to the San Diego Zoo, 90 Min. to Universal Studios.
The John Wayne Airport is only 25 miles, LAX is 70 miles.

Thank you, thank you! My family and I spent a wonderful week in Dana Point and having a beautiful condo like yours to spend it in made it even more special. When we arrived at the condo the first thing we did was step out onto the balcony and took in the beautiful view of the ocean. We were all so excited to be there. The condo was like being at home, it was sparkling clean, roomy, comfortable and the decor was absolutely charming. We found plenty of local restaurants to dine at (which were minutes away, we could have even walked) and other activies were a 10 minute drive either way. Laguna Beach and Dana Point Harbor were wonderful for shopping and we love to shop! We spent another day at San Juan Capistrano, the weather was perfect. We also had use of the pool which was great for my granddaughters. And of course the beach, which was just a short walk from the condo. And after our little daytime excursions it was so nice to be able to go back to the condo and spend some quiet evenings, relaxing...just like home! And for those days that we didn't feel like eating out, the condo offered all the conveniences of home, fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ grill...can anyone say yummy to grilled Shrimp and Steaks! Della, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, you gave us a place to create some wonderful memories. After spending the week at your condo, I don't think we will ever stay at a hotel again because your condo is better than a 5 Star hotel! We hope to do it again next year. Our stay at this condo was above any expectations I had for a rental. It is located across the street from the beach. There is a beautiful park overlooking the ocean and walking trails on the bluffs with spectacular views. The condo was so clean and had everything you would have in your own home. The decorating was like something you would see in a magazine. From the deck you could watch the beautiful sunsets. It is centrally located and there are stores close by and so many wonderful restaurants. Dana Point Harbor is only a short distance where you can dine or just enjoy watching the boats. Next door is the quaint town of San Juan Capistrano where there are restaurants and small shops as well as a Mission that is so beautiful. Laguna Beach is also close by with great galleries and shopping. I would highly recommend this property. The owner was very gracious and did everything to make our stay worry free. It was a wonderful vacation.

Our family of four found your condo to be the perfect place for our vacation. We have rented other places before throughout the U.S. through VRBO and your place is one of the best. The two lanai provided a nice cool cross breeze into the condo when we had the doors open and we can often hear the waves from the Pacific during the quiet of the evening. Our boys enjoyed using your provided boogie boards for the beach, which we found to be clean, quiet and primarily family oriented. All they wanted to do was boogie board the entire time we were there. Your location is close to shopping, restaurants and other amenities. Also your attention to the minor details such as providing a booklet for your guests of local restaurants made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend your place to anyone who is looking to stay in the Dana Point area.

We really enjoyed our stay in Dana Point. The condo was very well appointed and they thought of everything! The complex is centrally located and just a short walk to the beach and pool. I would recommend this property and am planning on staying there again when we visit Dana Point.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in your condo. Easy beach access, walking distance to the Dana Point Harbour and close to a variety of restaurants. The condo itself was like being at a beach cottage. I loved that you had two lanais, that scored extra points with us. We used one to relax on your outdoor furniture while grilling our salmon. The smaller lanai we sat around your bar table drinking champagne while watching the sunset. We definitely will be returning for another girls getaway!

Being in extreme need of a "getaway", I was fortunate enough to stay here for a relaxing few days. Great location - right by the beach; shops, restaurants, etc. nearby. The condo is cleaner than my own home & decorated beautifully & cofortably! It also has everything you need in the kitchen (if you want to cook) as well as sheets, towels, etc. Highly recommended!
