The past week was just not enough in this lovely home. Have just booked two weeks for summer of '11! This home is a joy. Well-stocked, comfortable, and extremely clean; perfect for the smaller family or couple. The location is perfect with just too many beaches and activities within a short distance. Owners have gone to great measures to make you feel very welcome and right at home. I highly recommend the home, but really want to keep it a secret! It really is a little treasure.Recommended for: Age 55+.
Owner response: Thank you for the generous comments on our home. This summer of 2010 has been such a success-the best summer so far! The weather was and continues to be spectacular, the beaches filled, the shopping great, and of course, between the seafood, restaurants and Waterfire, who could not love RI in the summer. Our guests came from New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, and England this year. We are so happy everyone enjoyed themselves. Please remember, returning members have first choice with a 10% discount on '11 rates. See you next summer!

We stayed at your Narragansett home from May 8 through May 15, 2010 and found the home to be very clean, well supplied and cozy. The owners were very attentive to our requests and very easy to work with. The beaches and areas of interest, such as Point Judith, Newport, Jamestown and Bonnet Shores, are within short driving distance. May is a beautiful month to visit Narragansett with everything in bloom and little tourist congestion. We highly recommend this home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+.

Just experienced a fantastic, relaxing, girls only getaway weekend at this adorable beach house.Great way to escape the winter blues! This beautifully decorated, clean house had all the ameneties we needed for our ladies weekend retreat; comfortable beds, soft sheets, spacious bathroom with luxurious towels, flat screen tvs, fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful yard. All we needed to make it complete was a funny movie, popcorn and a good bottle of wine. The perfect, affordable place to relax, catch up with each other and escape from our busy lives.Owners were a joy to deal with.A great find!Looking forward to returning in the summer months to enjoy the beach weather.Did you find this review helpful? What a delight this home is! My stay in Point Judith was truly wonderful, largely because of this rental. Everything you might imagine is included in this beautiful but not fussy beachhouse. The highlights for me were drinking my morning coffee on the private outdoor deck, cooking in the well appointed kitchen, sleeping well on the great mattress in the blue and white bedroom, reading and watching TV in the large comfortable living room as well as walking around the neighborhood to enjoy the sunset over Salt Pond. This home has it all. There is a lot of space and many places to be so no one is on top of each other. You will be on your way to a great vaction if you are fortunate enough to stay here.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I was lucky enough to stay in this gem for a week this past July and I must say this is not your average sandy beach rental. The house itself is charming and beautifully decorated. It is perfectly appointed for all of your needs, and (most importantly for me)spotless! The location is perfect for reaching just about any site in Rhode Island. When we were not enjoying the beach (two minutes away by car), we took day trips to Block Island, Newport, and the casinos. Narragansett itself is also fun. Check out the strip the runs under the majestic Narragansett Towers. We had a great upscale meal at a waterfront restaurant called Turtle Soup. (Ask for Jill if you sit at the bar.) The snow crab sandwich we grabbed straight from the beach at Aunt Carries was delicious. There are so many things to do I could not possibly list them all here. It was such a pleasure to come back to a home away from home. I plan to make it an annual rental. It was better than expected and the owners were just a delight to deal with. Such a find!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

I am originally from RI and spent 2 weeks in this immaculate and comfortable home and enjoyed every minute. Many beaches and activities close by. This home has everything you need, just bring sun-tan lotion and personal effects. Masterbed is extremely comfortable. Back yard very private. Owners so gracious.Did you find this review helpful?
