Discover the beauty and fun of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort while staying in our condo on the 9th floor of Luau tower one. Whether you are enjoying the beach, delightful pool area, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, or curling up with a beverage on the balcony watching the sunset you are sure to feel relaxed.
Our spacious condo has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. It is well-equipped from the open living kitchen area to the master bedroom with a king bed. There are 2 TVs with DVD players. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping quarters if needed. In addition, we provide beach chairs and umbrella for your use.
The Luau area of the resort has much to offer with a large freeform heated pool, waterfall, and hot tub. There is also an area with gas grills for enjoying a cookout near the pool area. If you are interested in a workout – a fitness room with assorted equipment is available overlooking the pool.

The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort is a 2,400 acre resort located on the panhandle of Florida with a beautiful private beach, four golf courses, over 30 restaurants, live entertainment, tennis, spas, numerous shops, marina and much more.
Amenities: 2 TV's, 2 DVD players, CD stereo player, washer, dryer, fully equipped with linens provided (excluding beach towels), beach set up (chairs and umbrella).
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY – No refunds will be given unless:
1. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and / or
2. A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm /Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.
THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area, we will refund:
1. Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered.
2. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted: and
3. Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
