This 11th floor condo has a large balcony that overlooks the pool with a beautiful view of the gulf. You can walk from your grand living area or master bedroom onto the large balcony. This wonderful vacation condo has a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bedroom with two double beds. Also a queen size pull out sofa in the living room. The unit has a fully stocked, chef friendly kitchen with many extras. You can enjoy the big game or a family movie night on the big 37" TV in the living room. There is a new 32" flat screen in the master bedroom and new 26" flat screen TVs in the other bedrooms. DVD players along with VCR's are in the master bedroom and living room. DVD players are in each of the other 2 bedrooms. The unit has recently been remodeled throughout with new appliances for your convenience. A luxury marble tub in the extra bath is an awesome upgrade, and the shower with body jets makes the master bath a must see! Don't forget the indoor pool and hot tub for those bad weather days, and the gym and sauna if you are sticking to a healthy routine. Shopping centers within walking distance includes Hazels resturant, Winn Dixie, much more and Publix just down the road. By and large, this is a condo rental you will want to repeat!

Why the Owner Chose Summerhouse
After looking at other units we found that Summerhouse had the best floor plan and more spacious than other units. The large bolcony, large hot tub and indoor pool was a big seller for us.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the shopping areas with in walking distance, watching the Dolphins from the balcony, weight room and indoor pool.
Hazels Kitchen(Great breakfast buffett) and shopping center(Grocery, resturants, dollar stores, and etc.

Jerry and Dianne purchased this unit at Summerhouse in 2003. We have two kids (Kim and Steve) and four Grandkids (Hunter, Wesley, Cole and Ethan). The three bedrooms with the room with the two double beds makes it perfect for us to spend Thanksfivings and other family events there. I know you will enjoy our unit as much as we do!

This was a wonderful place to stay! There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. This was like staying at a friend's house - everything was clean and nicely decorated. The balcony was huge! We loved that there were sliding doors going out to the balcony from both the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Beds were very comfortable and the entire layout was very nice. We loved the indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna because it was a little cool in the evenings. The area was nice and easy to get around to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this condo to anyone staying in Orange Beach.

My family and I stayed in this condo in July of 2009 and had a great time and wonderful experience! We have our reservations booked again for this summer. Owners are very easy to work with and communicate with. Highly recommend this condo to anyone and since it sleeps 10, it makes it easy to bring another family. Can't wait for July to get here!
Owner response:Thanks so much for the great review. The unit does have eight dinning room chairs plus the four for the balcony table which makes dinning easy. The bed room with the two double beds is a big plus for extra guest. The kitchen has all the pots and pans you will need to prepare those big meals.

This place was great. It had any and everything you would need. The kitchen was packed with cooking tools. The hot tub and indoor pool were a nice touch. The condo had tons of room. Most importantly, the owner was extrememly nice and easy to work with.

This condo had everything we could ask for and more. A lot of room for our big family to spread out and relax. Very clean and well kept. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best. Thanks for a great vacation! My family would highly recommend staying with this renter.

This was a great place for a vacation. The condo was clean as was the water. Wasn't hot just refreshing as the air temp. was very high. I sure didn't want to leave, just having a great time. The food was great but Doc's was the best. Can't wait until next year to do it again.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
